Best private India tour with Sharma Family - Loved our one day privatw delhi tour with Varun. He is such a nice guy, went out of his way for us and invited us for such a lovely dinner in home and his father arranged Golden triangle tour for us with Bhupendra, such a fantastic driver with so much knowledge. I cannot imagine mysyelf driving so calmly in Indian roads as well as giving us so much information as we were passing some structures and suggesting us best place to eat. The best thing I found was the payment. We gave them 100$ advance and to make us comfortable they took rest payment at the end of the tour. I think this was so kind to trust us and this trusting made us so calm and comfortable during our tour. Thanks a lot, We will come back and will highly recommend you to all our friends and family. Fantastic guided tour - We had two days guided touring of Delhi. The vehicle and driver were excellent, making us very comfortable. Our guide was fantastic too, taking us to a great number and variety of fascinating sites around Delhi. She was very knowledgeable about every site we saw, and could answer all our questions.

Choose another tour provider... - I contacted Tarun after seeing his website, which really sells the company as a family business providing high quality tours. Firstly, the prices on the website are not accurate. It quotes 2000 INR for a Delhi tour which in actual fact the price is 4200 INR, more than double. Yes prices are rising, but more than double? I had found cheaper tours on Viator / Tripadvisor but decided to go with this as I thought I would be provided a quality tour. How wrong was I. I was just a driver service only. The driver picks you up and drops you, very broken English, no information, not even any help how to navigate entrances and manage things. Actually the driver was 15 minutes late. I was in the lobby at 9.25am and by 9.30am messaged Tarun with no response. By 9.45am the driver called me to say he was outside. Apparently he had been there at 9.30am and the hotel said there was no guest with my name. I was sitting in the reception the whole time and didn't see this unfold. The tour itself was really poor. Like I said it was a car service, you'd be better off (and its much cheaper) to call an uber between the main sights. It was literally just going from place to place, being dropped off and having to manage to find information about where you are yourself, or pay other guides. The contrast here is a tour I took in Jaipur which provided a guide and driver for about half the price, leading me to believe this company has just become greedy and is providing a substandard product.
