Wonderful Trip Planned by Ankit – Highly Recommended! - My husband and I had an amazing trip with WTX India! A big shoutout to Ankit, who planned everything so well for us. From the smooth transfers to the knowledgeable guides and comfortable hotels, everything was perfect. Ranthambore was definitely a highlight—we were lucky enough to spot a tiger! The whole experience was hassle-free, and we could just enjoy our trip without worrying about the details. Thank you, Ankit and the WTX India team, for making our trip so memorable. We’d highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to India!

The best of India. - From the start, picking me up at Delhi International Airport to the last day, everything happened as planned. Mr. Kamal was an excellent driver, I always felt safe in the car. The hotels and resorts were very good. I was lucky to see a tiger at Ranthambhore National Park

Excellent Tour with Great Value - We had an amazing tour. The monuments we visited were incredible and we got some great deals at the shops they took us to. I appreciated that the shops they took us to had real authentic products and not fake products. Our driver, Rakesh, was excellent and always made sure we were taken care of. Our tour guides were knowledgable. I also appreciated that the tour company was flexible when we wanted some changes to the tour.

Fabulous we are very pleased we booked with WTX and would recommend this company highly, if - Golden Triangle Tour with Ranthambore We booked our tour direct with WTX and the communication from my initinal enquiry to the end of our tour was excellent. Payment was 50% on booking and then the remaining payment of 50% a couple of days before your due to start the tour, they are very relaxed about this, as we didn’t pay the final amount until the 2nd day of our tour because we were traveling from Bangkok into Delhi beforehand and had network issues. Before our arrival at Delhi airport we received instructions on where to meet our driver and Narender was there at the arrivals gate to meet us from our evening flight, and Narender would be our driver for the whole of the 8 days. Narendra our driver was very polite, spoke good english, and throughout our trip we found Narender the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. He’s driving was immaculate, we never once felt unsafe and he never became frustrated and believe me the traffic in the cities you will visit will just blow you mind. The tour itself we found to be brilliant, everything was well organised, you also get a local guide at each city you visit and all our guides were very good and spoke good English. You do give them the entry fee money but we were never taken advantage of, and if we didn’t want to go into a temple it wasn’t a problem, the guides will amend the itinerary and tailor the day around what you wish to do. Out particular favourite guide was Raj on our day at Jaipur and for me the best guide of the tour, his knowledge of the area was immense and he was keen to tell us about and show us more than just the tourist sites and that day Raj was with us all day. On the days you get a guide, yes they will take you to eat were they get to eat free, but we honestly believe these places were not ripping us off, yes they were about £10 a head with a drink, but they were clean and severed great food, and due to this we never became unwell. I have read other reviews complaining about this, personal I know which I would choose. You will get taken to a market shop at the end by the guide and you will be shown things like carpets etc, but I can honestly say if you are honest with them as we were and just say at the start this isn’t something we wouldn't buy, they still tell you about it, but respect your wish and we never felt pressured to purchase anything. We are not souvenir buyers, but saying that we did haggle and buy a small stone engraved elephant in Agra and in Jaipur we were shown block printing, they demonstrated the technic by printing a three colour elephant and we were told and shown when it dries it will change to a completely different colour. We both went, wish we could buy that, we did the rest of the market tour, then at the end the men who printed it waved to us as we were getting in our car and we brought it from them. Personally i recon they miss a trick and that most people that went to see the block printing would buy this item if it was offered. During our time in Ranthambore national park we had booked two jeep safari tours and our stay was at the Sher Garh Resort. Our jeep safari tours were one in the early morning and one late afternoon on the same day. Our transport for both was a small 6 seater safari jeep, we did see larger capacity jeeps but for us a smaller one was perfect, as it was more personal, 6 tourists, the driver and a ranger. Each tour was about 3.5 hours long and both our tours were not time orientated, they were unrushed and having the rangers on board giving us information made the whole experience extremely enjoyable. Now as with all safari’s there’s no way of predicting what wildlife you will see. Unfortunately we didn’t see a tiger, but we did see a leopard, a very rare sloth bear (about 5ft in size) that was walking through the trees only about 10 metres away, two different types of deer, two types of Antelope and many types of birds. My only recommendation and this is nothing to do with the company this is purely a British thing and accommodation. We asked for 3 to 4 star accommodation and that’s what WTX booked and each one was acceptable, but they varied in standard, personally for the British middle aged tourists maybe ask for 4 to 5 star, WTX will do this and they give you the hotels you are staying at before you arrive on your itinerary for you to review. Our best hotel was The Golden Tulip in Agra, it’s fits the British tourist perfect, had a roof top pool and bar, lovely food and breakfast, had light snacks you can order and eat by the pool and great staff. Our least favourite and one we would say not to stay at was Royal Orchid Central, Bani Park in Jaipur this was just about adequate, the advertised roof top pool etc is none exsistant and we felt the place could do with a make over and the evening restaurant and breakfast passable, personal we walked to the Fairfield by Marriott Jaipur which was a 5 minute walk away, and had drinks on there roof top bar. We would recommend this as a preferred option for the British traveller. I would say before arriving in New Delhi in the UK we had brought Libera sim cards on a pay monthly deal, and they worked perfectly throughout our whole tour. We used uSwitch and got 50gb data and 100 minutes phone calls per month and if needed you can use the 100 minutes to phone the UK and they were doing a deal for £4 a month. Our summery of our holiday, fabulous we are very pleased we booked with WTX and would recommend this company highly, if you get the driver Narender you got the perfect package.

Indian summer - Great trip, lovely to see local industries and villages/ countryside. Pity didn’t get to see tigers after 2 days in mountain, wonder why they don’t have a gps tracker on at least 1 tiger to guarantee a sighting. Taj is amazing and must see for everyone, driving is an experience

Lack of local culture experience - The tour quality is poor. I was expecting for a group tour, it turned out a private solo tour. The trip was typical tourism style, lack of local culture explore. Met the driver in the morning then met the local guide in the sightseeing. I had to received the presentation from the guide, like in a history lesson, can't enjoy it in my own pace. It's not worth take 16 hours flight, 3-4 days driving on the road to see 4 monuments.
