Great tour - We had an amazing time at the tour! All the hotels were great - in our opinion the 4 star hotels would have been enough, the 5 star hotels were great but sometimes felt like we were treated like celebrities (a little bit overwhelming). In Agra, New Delhi and Jaipur we had a private tour guide who showed us the must see sights and changed little things depending on our interest. Sometimes though we were brought to small handcraft facilities, where it was hard to say no if we didn’t want to buy anything. Although they were still very interesting and high quality shops. Our driver (Madan) was really nice, showing us some places and answering all our questions. He was also always availble in case we needed him.

A truly fabulous experience - The experience with Crystal Holidays India absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had the most wonderful 4 days to end our 10 days in India. Our driver was wonderful and we could not recommend him enough. Vicky was insightful, welcoming, polite and friendly. Throughout the trip he provided us with tourist information, history, advice on remaining safe and looking out for us throughout the 4 days. Our guides in our 3 stops in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur were all wonderful. The guides throughout were very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. During our time in Delhi our guide Lareb and Vicky our driver were able to take us to extra sites as per our request followed by an amazing stop at a nearby restaurant. In Agra we were given an amazing tour of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Our guide had an amazing eye for photography taking us to extra photo stops throughout the trip. We were also able to enjoy a ride on the new subway with no other passengers! In Ranthambore the communication with the guide company was wonderful via WhatsApp upon checking into our hotel. The door to door picks with the safari made the morning stress free. The safari was informative and eye opening with many animals spotted (sadly didn’t see a tiger). Lastly in Jaipur we spent the afternoon and the following morning with our wonderful guide. He made us feel welcomed, he accommodated our choice of tourist spots and provided fantastic in-depth knowledge of the sites. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and made the hussle and bustle of Indian cities stress free and easy.

The driver and the guides... - The driver and the guides were amazing. The “5 star” hotels could have been better. Lots of driving. Well organized. The jeep was more like an uncovered bus. Cold.

Wonderful stress free but jam packed Golden Triangle tour - This tour is incredibly well coordinated to be able to pack a lot of sightseeing and history into 4 days without feeling overwhelming. My husband and I did not have much time in India but we felt like we this tour allowed us to make the most of it for an amazing price, 5 star hotels, most breakfast, car and driver and guides all included except for tip. The driver (Shyam) was amazing and really took care of us the whole tour. And every guide was so knowledgeable and catered the tour to our interests. We were very excited about the Safari in Ranthambhore to see the tigers, unfortunately it was too cold the week we went (mid January) that it was rare to see tigers but we were warned about this by local people. Since we weren’t able to see the tigers we asked our driver if there was somewhere we could see elephants and he was able to coordinate with our guide in Jaipur to shift the sightseeing around so we could go to the elephant sanctuary at the end of our trip which was an incredible experience that I will literally never forget! Thank you Crystal India!

Fantastic tour and an overall great experience - The tour overall was fantastic. To start with the outstanding points. 1) Our driver, Manohar was an absolute star. He looked after us like family and made sure we were always safe and comfortable. He was patient enough to stop wherever we felt we wanted to and showed us some good quality handicraft shops when I wanted a painting. 2) All our guides, Raghu, Harshvardhan and Ashiya were superb. They were extremely knowledgable and patient with all our questions. A special shout out to Raghu for being a top notch pleasant guy full of smiles. 3) The tour overall was amazing, a relaxing journey, some great historical sites to visit. 4) The hotels in Agra (Jaypee) and Ranthambore (Bookmark) were exceptional. A special shout out to the surprise private heated plunge pool we got at Bookmark. Absolutely loved it! 5) Amit, the tour operator, was really communicative and well organised. He eased our burden of having to manage things ourselves. He was also flexible with any add ons we wanted. On a few slightly minor points for which I’ve made recommendations - 1) The safari in ranthambore was uncomfortable. The seats in the canter were wet and on the way back to the gate the driver was speeding over potholes. As a recommendation for the tour operator, it would be nice to have an upgrade option to a private or shared jeep. On the plus side, we did see a tiger! 2) Holiday Inn in Jaipur wasn’t a very good hotel despite being a 5 star. The view was of an ugly side of another building. At night there were people yelling outside the door and the food was average. As a recommendation it would be great to have options for alternate hotels even if it meant at an extra cost, if needed. I would highly recommend crystal travels and all the named individuals for the golden triangle tour.

Loved it!! They go above and beyond - This tour exceeded my expectations. Our driver, Ashock, was very friendly, spoke good English, was knowledgeable, and accommodating. We always felt safe on the road and he stayed with the car to watch our stuff. He was with us the entire trip and we felt sad when we had to say goodbye. Our driver knew what restaurants to stop at for lunch so we would not get sick and they all had really good local food. Every city had a local tour guide. We loved all of ours. All spoke excellent English, were fun and friendly. They all had so much knowledge and a love for their city. I felt like the tour company found the top tour guides to take us around. All were wonderful and felt like friends. All the 5 star hotels were very nice. All we had to do was pay and show up. The tour company did the rest. All the people assisting us had big hearts. Such nice people. They really want to make sure you love your time in Inida and we are. We actually felt like queens traveling around with people taking care of all our needs. I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing tour - Superb trip. Taj Mahal and Golden Fort were highlights. Rajesh, our driver was superb. Calmness personified and such a lovely man. Safari was very exciting but unfortunately no Tiger, but that’s how it goes. Plenty of other wildlife seen including 2 crocs. Hotels were brilliant. Great trip and can’t recommend highly enough.

Overall - glad to have done it - Enjoyed the tours. Exceptional guides (very knowledgeable and attentive). My driver Hardeep was wonderful. The Travel agent Amit responded quickly and answered all my questions on all concerns. Pick up and all stops went smoothly. As a solo traveler I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time. Jaipur was my favorite, city has a great old vibe and upon request, I was able to stop at a textile factory to see & try fabric printing. I was able to customize my tour a little, which was very nice. There is half a day to spend in Jaipur on your own, however the hotel was so far away (about 30 min drive) and you have to find your own transportation that day, I didn't want to go. Which later I regretted, not knowing before hand how lovely the city is. Four days felt like a whole vacation in itself. It is a bit rushed since you are driving from city to city and it's not a short ride. But if you want to pack as much as possible into little time, this is a great option. I did have some issues with the Intercontinental hotel (booking was for 5 Stars) but upon speaking with the agent, we worked it out. The safari was not great, very little wildlife and pretty short, however the Aamaghati wildlife resort was fantastic! From service to food and spa, top notch. Overall I enjoyed myself.
