The crew will assist everyone into the basket, and once all are comfortable and ready, the anticipated moment arrives… up, up, and away! Before returning to the hotel, we celebrate the flight with champagne, and each passenger receives a personalized commemorative flight certificate and medal, along with our heartfelt thanks for sharing the best part of our day.
