Very informative and educational. Very nice cave. Several activities around. To see. - Visit the caves of Nerja in Maro. Very interesting, beautiful caves with impressive stalactites and stalagmites es. Very nice ceiling height, really spectacular. Ideal for children and adults. You have to count a good hour of sightseeing. Botanical park, children's playground, picnic area, virtual reality room but not in French. Especially if it's not nice.

Our tour guide was excellent- friendly, eager to share Information about what we were seeing and experiencing and happy to answer questions. Tour offers the option to confirm a pick up point or do it later. Recommended finalizing pick up before booking.

10/10 would recommend! - We were promptly picked up from our hotel and after one further pick up we were on our way to Frigiliana. Frigiliana was absolutely beautiful and my only complaint is that rather than lunch in Nerja I would have loved some free time in Frigiliana to walk around and explore the restaurants there. The Nerja caves were very interesting and an experience not to be missed! Our driver was very professional and Antonia our guide was very knowledgeable and even pointed out other landmarks as we drove to our hotel to give us even more information. A great trip that I would highly recommend

I was finally reimbursed, so that’s why I put 3 stars. - The operator, or VIATOR, had changed the location of the pickup that morning. We left and waited for the bus and no one came. After contacting VIATOR and being in contact with about 8 different people, and receiving a screw that my refund was denied...that’s why I made a complaint. But now it is a thing of the past. I think it’s really a computer system error...well.

Nerja & Frigiliana - What brings this rating down is our guide, Tony. He wanted to be helpful, but his English was next to non-existent. We resorted to google translate to ask him questions in order for him to understand us. Unfortunately, he did not do the same when responding. We got next to nothing from his descriptions of the area and sites. The cave was very interesting as was the view in Nerja. Be prepared to climb (100+ steps, at least) and inclines.

VIATOR TO AVOID - We bought our tickets the week before, the day before the activity they send us the address of the meeting place. On the morning of the activity they change the location of the meeting point... we go to this new place... and the bus never came. We have lost our money, no way to express ourselves, no way to contact them... in short EMOTION BY LU is to be avoided. We lost our money. We did other trips with GET YOUR GUIDE, and it was really professional, and the customer contact was great. VIATOR to avoid

Worst guide ever but the fault is with this tour company - Figlianna is beautiful. The visit to the Balcony of Europe in Nerja was amazing. But the guide was horrible. His performance spoiled the whole trip. It was his first day on this job. He could not speak English well at all. There were 22 of us on the bus. 20 of us spoke only English. When he spoke to us, he spoke first in Spanish then in English. We did not understand anything he said. We were asking each other, “what did he say?” When we got to each stop, no one understood his directions. He never took a head count, so we had to tell him if someone was not on the bus. At the first stop we almost left someone because they didn’t understand his instructions. When we were in Nerja, we walked a long way to get to the Balcony of Europe. Before we took started the walk, he said something to us. We couldn’t understand him. He did not care. He just started walking. We followed, not knowing where we were going. When we were at the Balcony of Europe he approached me and said something. I understood him to say to meet him at this spot at 1:45. I repeated “here at 1:45?” He said yes. I guess I didn’t understand him or he didn’t understand me because he was not there at 1:45. At 2:00 I started walking back to where I thought the bus was. They left me. I sent an email to to tour operator saying I was lost and asked for his phone number. I called the number twice and did not get an answer. Then the tour operator sent me an email saying to take a taxi to the next stop. I did. When I met up with the group they told me that he did not even realize that I was not on the bus. When the bus started to leave, people said wait we are missing someone. He told them he would call me. He did not. I checked. I don’t have any missed calls. One lady said she contacted the company on my behalf and they told her it was his first day. I blame the company for not preparing him better and for not sending someone with him on his first day. He is responsible for the people on the bus started several times he was consulting the driver. He knows his English is not good enough for us to understand him. HE should use a translator app. With such a large group, he could have made a WhatsApp group with our phone numbers to communicate with him or at least given us his phone number. This tour company should do better.
