Highly recommend day out - Fab guided tour by Esther. Partner and I enjoyed every moment. The guided information was easy to follow, interesting and kept you wanting to know more information. Which Esther gladly provided when we stopped off at Aphrodite’s baths and the blue lagoons. Efficient way to get around part of stunning Cyprus along with plenty of ‘instagramable’ photo opportunities.

Fantastic Trip to Blue Lagoon & Sunken Ship - Really great and enjoyable trip with Estel and Yianni (driver). Estel explained all historical and cultural sites with really good facts and had great knowledge. Estel gave us enough time at each location for us to have a look and take photos and take in the whole experience. The Blue Lagoon was absolutely amazing with crystal clear waters. Estel even made my 8yrs old son her little assistant where he would help count the people on the coach at each tourist site and hold up the board of what time to return which he really enjoyed. The whole trip and experience was 5* and we loved it as a family of four. Thank you so much Estel & Yianni.

Lovely boat trip. - Trip was as advertised. There was plenty of space on the boat. Had a lovely time, the Blue Lagoon was beautiful. So glad we went.

Fantastic day out. - The staff were fantastic and so friendly. They knew so much about the area and it was good to learn more about the culture and surrounding areas. The Lagoon was gorgeous and the food at the suggested restaurant was delicious. Other people on the tour made it quite difficult to hear the information from the tour guide because they were being quite rude and talking loudly over the guide. However I would definitely recommend doing this experience.

Mixed feelings - We went on this tour today and overall, it was a very good experience. The guide is clearly very knowledgeable, well-prepared, and explains everything in a detailed and engaging way. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and is passionate about what she shares — everything was interesting and well-structured. That said, I do feel the tone she used throughout the tour crossed a line. I understand that leading a group requires discipline, a strong voice, and authority — but in this case, it often came across as aggressive and unnecessarily harsh. There was one moment when a couple arrived at 10:29 — the departure was scheduled for 10:30 and we had been asked to be there at 10:28. While technically they were late by a minute, the way she addressed them was unnecessarily severe and almost humiliating. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere for the rest of us. But the most upsetting moment happened when two guests asked to get off at a certain station, and the guide refused because it wasn’t the same one they were picked up from. While I fully understand that she was following company policy and had her reasons, the way she spoke to them was completely inappropriate — loud, dismissive, and frankly quite disrespectful. It wasn’t just uncomfortable — it was embarrassing to witness. I felt so uneasy I had to look at the ground because it was genuinely upsetting to see someone treated that way in front of a group. Another point worth mentioning is the time spent at Blue Lagoon. The way the tour is advertised gives the impression that we would have more time there. However, in reality, we only had one hour — and this should be clearly stated when the tour is being offered to set the right expectations. Also, the boat used in partnership to take us to the Blue Lagoon was fine — comfortable and pleasant enough — but unfortunately, the crew on board were quite rude, which was disappointing and didn’t align with the overall quality the tour tries to offer. In summary, the tour itself is informative and well-organized, but some aspects of the delivery — especially the tone and treatment of guests — really need improvement. A more respectful, kind, and professional approach would elevate the experience significantly.

Overall disappointing experience, despite some positive aspects - We went on this boat tour with good expectations, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing, mainly for safety and organisational reasons. Already at the time of boarding it became clear that the number of people on board exceeded the maximum allowed capacity (53 people), creating a situation of heavy overcrowding. We were forced to travel very tightly, without adequate space to move or enjoy the ride comfortably. To make matters even worse, we noticed that there were not enough life jackets for all passengers, a very serious and unacceptable aspect for the safety of those taking part in a sea excursion. In addition, we were promised on-board Service including fresh seasonal fruit, soft drinks and wine included in the price. However, the reality was quite different: we were offered only poor quality wine, a juice with an almost undrinkable taste and as the only fruit available there were only plums, not particularly fresh. A detail that, although secondary to safety, contributes to a general sense of inattention to the customer experience. During the swim stop, we were asked to stay close to the boat, preventing us from exploring freely and relegating ourselves to a rather anonymous and unevocative area of the sea, far from the beautiful waters shown in the Tour Offer. It should also be noted that there were also other people on the boat who were not part of the group collected via the buses, further contributing to overcrowding and a general feeling of confusion and little care. Having said that, I would like to highlight the positive aspects: the part of the tour on land, in particular the visit to the Baths of Aphrodite, the wreck and the whole journey along the coast, was pleasant and well organized. The landscapes are lovely and the overland route was interesting and relaxing. I hope that the organization can seriously review the management of the sea part of the tour, giving priority to safety, comfort and consistency between what was promised and what was actually offered. In these conditions, I unfortunately do not feel like recommending the boat trip, although the land part certainly deserves a positive opinion.

The only beautiful thing the lagoon - The appointment to take the bus was 1.5 km from our hotel, and later I found that there were other stops closer, which by the way I had indicated as the pick-up point and indeed I had chosen this company for the 99 pick-up points indicated. Driving, Esther, was a hallucinatory aggressive passive. Control freak, you had to stay tightly in the occupied place as soon as you got on, according to him to make sure we were always there, and then start counting people, as logical. DA wikipedia's explanations added nothing to what could be learned on its own. I was very annoyed by the fact that the same morning we were informed that the Blu Lagoon, scheduled for the afternoon (and I had booked this excursion because I hate going around and to the restaurant wet and full of salt) had been moved in the morning. Then I realized they had to fill the ship that would otherwise have left almost empty.

Great tour, but rushed by the guide - We went on an excursion, and overall the tour was very interesting and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat spoiled by the guide. He was constantly in a hurry and rushed us through the sights, which made it difficult to fully enjoy or take in the places we visited. Without the guide, we might have had a more relaxed and pleasant time.

Not recom - We waited for the bus to first pick us up for 20 minutes outside of our hotel in the sun. At the first stop at the aphrodite bath we were 1 minute late to the bus and the guide (estar) saw me and my little son running and she got onto the bus and told the driver (yanis) to start driving. After driving 10 meters they stopped and let us up and the guide started humiliating us in front of the whole bus. The blue lagoon was the best part of this trip. But even after we enjoyed it, we had to wait 2 hours in the burning sun. At the end of the trip they dared to ask for a tip, the only tip I wanted to give them is to be kinder and polite. I do not reccomend to go with this company.

Very disappointed - Was the blue lagoon beautiful, yes no question! Would I recommend it? No, definitely not. I booked it with the proviso that it would be exciting for my little daughter. According to the booking, it said. 50 minutes drive the boat tour two and a half hours and then 50 minutes again in Fischerdorf. It looked as follows just under 2 hours late of the bus, because to the blue lagoon, maximum 1 hour on site, because back again and 1 hour to the hotel. That was absolutely not the timetable that was set. You were on the bus more than you did anything.
