Introducing in the basics of rafting Practice the basic moves and the safety measures A great day on the water surviving together the rapids and whirlpools The rafting area is operated after Siriu Dam, where water is produced at one or two turbines daily. The location is suitable for beginners who want to experience the rafting sensation and prepare for rivers with a higher difficulty level. Buzau river offers obstacles of level 2-3, fast sections by narrowing the bed, followed by large recovery areas. Some sections are easier, some other are rapids with more technical part. The exact meeting time for the rafting will be set just the evening before. At 18:00 we will find out the operating hours of the electric power plant after the damm release. That is giving us enough water for a great day rafting. There is a very small chance to cancel the event due to a small level of water. Duration: 2-3 hours in the water including safety instructions and the rafting
- There is a chance that the activity will get cancelled if the water level is not enough for rafting. The decision will be made the evening before the event at approx 18:30pm.
- A minimum age restriction appliues of 6yrs old
- A minimum of 5 people per booking is required; on an already confirmed departure, there could be less number of participants to join a tour
- If canceled due to low water level, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
