Very Fun - The guides were soo friendly and made the experience relaxing. The staff themselves were very sweet as well. The food was hot and good.

Best tour yet !!! - The views were great, our zipline tour guides Shavaun & Fiyah made the lines so much fun! Their energy got us all thru the tour even though we were all tired after the first two lines. There was a sweet lil birthday girl who the guys made feel so special the entire time! My horseback experience with Bless & Roger was just as amazing as the zipline, it was absolutely a great experience from start to finish !

Jamaica Excursion - Awesome time, learned a lot of areas visited, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, courteous and a very good driver.

Great experience! - Extra Fire and Renaldo were very professional on the Zipline. I was extremely fearful of heights but they helped me to overcome my fears. Those guys were super. Garries my guide with the horse was extremely nice. He’s a very humble young man, he made sure I was comfortable with the horse and the horse with me. He is a gem.

Great memories and good times at Jamwest - Our 1st tour guide was "Metro". He was very personable, knowledgeable and personable in the best way. His cool demeanor and humorous banter made us all feel at ease and enjoy the tour even more. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure we all were enganged, informed and entertained. We will come back largely because of Metro. My zipline experience was a bit intimidating and seemed daunting at first glance but our guides, Kemar & Shavaun kept us calm as possible with their cool & humorous banter & personalities. They both seemed to sense our apprehension with the height of the tower and overall safety but assured that we were in the care of professionals and the equipment was safe. Because of them, WE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I only wish I had tip money to give them for all that they did. They were both AWESOME! Then the two gentlemen that took us on the horseback riding tour were GREAT! My guide was Ryon who was so knowledgeable about the horse, how they're trained and cared for and also volunteered general information on the history of Jamaica and other various topics. His wisdom and knowledge was very impressive and the way he shared deserved recognition. Some awesome things are natural and just can't be taught and Ryon has those qualities naturally. My wife and I had an amazing experience thanks to the both of them. Unfortunately I do know the second person's name but he was very good as well. Lastly The food we had there was DELICIOUS! The Curried Goat, Jerome Chicken, Vegetables and Red Beans and Rice were soooo flavorful! Great amd memorable experience overall.

Worth the visit. Start early. Stay late - Had a great time. Also did the push cart and the #Jamculture and the #pushcart JamCulture was SUPER informative. The guide knew her stuff. Just wish we could have seen some hummingbirds. Push cart was less extreme than expected but the guys were interesting. My wife and youngest are always keen to ride horses and by all reports had a great time. I and the eldest, however are more adrenaline junkies, so we did the zip line. The crew there was really good, knew their job and were fast and efficient and were super entertaining. #FIYAH!!! And on top of all this, they took pictures for you. Other than slow food and a mixup with the food. A good time was had by all. My only thought/suggestion might be that they seemed to want to funnel people through the park quickly. There was a LOT we didn’t see. Aviary, mineral bath, etc. Just figuring a better business model would be to allow people to chill a bit more so they spend more money. WORD OF ADVICE: card machines there are unpredictable. If you can, bring cash. Bring clothes you’re ok to get wet in.

Overall Average Experience. It was cool...Guides are great! - If you choose to go to Jamwest, DO NOT book through your hotel. We paid less than everyone else by booking directly through their website. They offer combo deals—we only paid $169 for two excursions. Note: If you plan to go horseback riding, be aware that there is a strict weight limit of 240 lbs. THEY WILL WEIGH YOU. A large, muscular man on our bus had prepaid for horseback riding but wasn’t informed of this restriction beforehand. He was 20 lbs over the limit and wasn’t allowed to ride. He and his wife had to switch to the ATV excursion instead. My boyfriend was 7 lbs over, but they let us slide. Pros: - We stayed in Negril, so our shuttle was on time and the commute was short. - The zipline and horseback riding guides were all engaging and friendly. I was nervous to zipline, but one of the guides rode with me three times until I got comfortable. - We rode the horses into the water—deep enough that the horses actually started swimming. It was a really cool experience! - They have lockers for your belongings. Cons: - We didn’t know we should bring cash to tip the staff. They definitely deserve tips, and they should make this clearer in advance. The shuttle buses have signs encouraging tips for the drivers, but we didn’t have enough cash to tip everyone. - The food is not good. - The dispatcher is disorganized. - The horseback ride is short, and you don’t really get to ride independently. The guides walk alongside you and hold the reins the entire time. - Cost of pictures aren't really worth it. Overall: It was an average experience.

Good Activities but poor service - The activities were good however the service was very poor. I bought 4 pictures for $40USD and they only sent me 1 of the same photo twice. I have tried calling them and emailing them to get the remaining 3 photos that I have paid for and they are being unresponsive. They insist on giving them tips after each experience however when it comes time for them to help you, they are nowhere to be found. Trying to get a hold of them has been the worst experience ever and because of this I will not return. I have no photos to look back on.
