Amazing!!!! - Desmond was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I’m so glad I was able to find him on Facebook. The way he organized our excursions was the highlight of our trip, we literally had nothing to worry about. I loved that we were able to tell him what excursions we wanted to do and he took care of literally EVERYTHING! We did not have to wait, as soon as we were ready to go they were right there waiting on us! We had a day full of excursions from clear kayaking photos to bamboo rafting to a catamaran which took us to ricks cafe! BOOK WITH THEM!!!! beyond professional, kind and most importantly he was honest and sincere!!! As a group of women traveling alone we felt safe!

Another amazing experience - I wanted to take the time to share my thoughts with you all regarding our recent experience with Desmond and Jamaica Eternal Tours and Transportation. Last year was our first trip using his company for our ride to our hotel and back, and it was such a great experience. Not only was he so friendly and welcoming, but professional and punctual! As a first timer last year, this resonated with me. Because after a long day of travel, I could relax and take everything in. We were in good hands. I knew this year we would want to have Desmond and his company for our trip this March. He didn’t disappoint. We were greeted with the same enthusiasm and hospitality that we had last year. Again he was professional, prompt, polite, and friendly. I truly feel like Jamaica is my second home, and one of the biggest reasons is because of the genuine hospitality and regard from Desmond. Desmond is the best! He is professional, affordable, punctual, but most importantly he treats you like family - We booked the transfer for our group of 10 through the Eternal Tours website. The website is extremely well set up and easy to navigate.. The day before our scheduled arrival, Desmond made contact to let us know the he was excited and awaiting our arrival. Desmond is especially a great choice if you have a large group as he has a beautiful coaster bus that fit us all and our enormous load of luggage all very comfortably. When we arrived at the airport Desmond was waiting for us even though we arrived early and sailed through customs. We were greeted with a cooler full of cold drinks and a wonderful warm welcome. We requested to make a stop at MegaMart in Montego Bay before heading to Negril. Although it was a late evening flight , Desmond was more than happy to fulfill this request. Along with a few other special requests. We still had plenty of room for quite a few cases of drinks to last our 12 day vacation. Desmond did a great job navigating the roads and potholes in the dark on the 1 and a half hour ride to Negril. We made payment in cash for our round trip transfer when we arrived at our hotel. The price was extremely reasonable especially considering all the extras that Desmond provided us. The day before our departure, Desmond made contact to make sure of our requested pickup time. Our driver Ryan arrived promptly on our day of departure and gave us as pleasant of a ride as can be expected when you’re returning home from paradise. We tipped Ryan as we had already paid our return transfer in advance. We highly recommend Desmond and his crew for all of your transportation needs while travelling in Jamaica

Pleasant and exciting! - Desmond is awesome. I was referred to him by a friend and I ended up securing his services last minute and he punctual, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Desmond really treats you like family and stays in touch once you part ways. I will always recommend and use Desmond’s services while in Jamaica.

Great experience! Definitely recommend - We used Eternal Tours round trip from airport to Runaway Bay. Desmond was early to pick us up both ways and he was very entertaining during the car ride. We would recommend this service which was also much cheaper than booking through the resort.
