Visitors will stroll through the vineyards of Marcellise, a hidden treasure in Valpolicella’s landscape.
  During an interactive vineyard session, participants will discover seasonal winemaking techniques—from the delicate process of green pruning to the precise arrangement of grape clusters. This is an opportunity to understand the dedication and passion behind each bottle.
  After exploring the vineyards, guests will enter the Terre di Pietra winery to sample four unique wines: IGT Garganega, Vigna del Peste, Amarone Rosson della Valpolicella, and a surprise wine that reveals an intriguing local secret.
  Then, it’s time to make pizza in the garden using fresh ingredients from the “orto,” guided by chef Simona!

• Negrar di Valpolicella - Arrival at Damoli Winery: The adventure continues at Damoli Winery, located in the heart of Mazzano di Negrar. The winemaker will lead a tour through the vineyards, sharing his enthusiasm and explaining the traditional techniques used to create some of Valpolicella’s finest wines.
  In the cellar, guests will enjoy the vineyard’s offerings: a classic-method Corvina, Ripasso, Amarone Riserva, and Recioto, paired with a thoughtfully selected assortment of local cured meats and cheeses. A tasting that will reveal every subtlety of these remarkable wines.

• Verona - The tour concludes with a sunset aperitivo at Agriturismo Corte San Mattia. Overlooking Verona’s breathtaking skyline, guests will savor a final selection of local delicacies paired with the region’s finest wines—a perfect farewell to an unforgettable day.
