• Negombo - Enjoy a three-hour fishing adventure starting from the pier along the lagoon’s edge. Choose between a morning session at 8:00 am or an afternoon session at 3:00 pm. Safety jackets and sports fishing gear will be provided. A knowledgeable guide will lead you to the prime fishing spots. A lagoon is a shallow water body separated from the sea by sandbars, coral reefs, or low banks.

For this fishing experience, some of the best lures and bait include topwater plugs, spoons, spinners, and live bait. The expansive Negombo lagoon is renowned as a prime fishing destination in Sri Lanka. Expect to catch lake fish such as seer, mullet, pomfret, herring, amberjack, and skipjack. Typical lagoon catches like lobster and shrimp are also available, though best caught with nets. Refreshments are available to enjoy while waiting for a bite.

After the session concludes at 11 am or 6 pm, you will be returned to the pier with your catch. If you opt for the barbecue supplement with beers, a grill will be prepared for you.
