• Explore the original 1865 hand-operated press, a museum piece, and learn about the traditional methods of olive oil production.
• Observe the modern olive mill and discover the contemporary process of making olive oil.
• Enjoy a delightful picnic in the olive grove, surrounded by olive trees. The picnic features a tasting of three local Cretan wines, paired with a generous assortment of delicious Cretan cheeses, fresh vegetables, and fruit.
