An unforgettable experience in Nazca: Perfect Flight with Aerosnca and the Excellent Management of Euro Bracho - "I had an amazing experience with Aerosnca flying over the wonderful Nazca Lines. The flight was perfectly organized and the view was breathtaking. The whole process was well coordinated and smooth. I want to highlight especially Euro Bracho, our Paracas guide, who made everything even more special. Euro was super attentive, professional and made sure everything was organized perfectly, from transport to flight. Thanks to its excellent management, everything went as planned, and even more! I would definitely recommend both Aerosnca and Euro Bracho for a unique and unforgettable experience."

Ideal for seeing the Nazca lines! - Perfect tour to see the birth lines. When you arrive at the airfield you have shops for a bite to eat or drink. You pay the fees (30 soles obligatory in cash and 47 soles that you can pay by card without surcharge). We had Stefano as pilot and Daniel as co-pilot-guide. The two best we could have. Daniel told us the story in detail and informed us in detail of the figure and its meaning! There are also souvenir shops! It is definitely recommended.

Caring and friendly - AeroNasca arranged everything well Even I had some problems with my reservation payment. And even I don’t have the hotel to stay, they still help me to pick me up and send me to hotel for the rest and luggage deposit. It is very nice and helpful.

I had high hopes - Shuttle was on time and clean. Did not get a chance to pick my flight time and was assigned an 11:00am flight. This is a terrible time if you want to do anything else in Nazca since it's too early to do anything in the morning and you have no idea when your flight will actually happen. My flight was more than an hour and a half later than scheduled (I was never given any instructions after I arrived at the airport or updates on flight status while waiting). You get to see about 12 or 13 Nazca lines, but the pilot didn't do a great job of letting us know where to look. I talked with people that used a different company and they got to see more than 20 lines and the pilots gave specific instructions on where to look. I also got the worst seat for taking pictures on my flight. This would be a great experience with a better company. Book a flight when you get to Nazca so you can build a full day schedule with other tours of the area.

Rip-off on arrival at the office - The flight was cool, the lines are unique! Note that you need a good stomach😬😁. Upon arrival at the airport, an Aeronasca employee picked us up. He rushed us out of the taxi and could not understand wiso we all still had to go to the tiolette (after a 3 hours arrival ) . When paying, he did not want to agree to the agreed price ( via Whatsapp ). After a brief discussion, he agreed. He explained to us that for the $70 we agreed to sit on a plane with 3 seats per row. Since there were three of us on the road, it meant that we did not all have a window seat. For $80, we'd be on a smaller plane where every seat is a window seat. I had the feeling that something could not be right and still took the 70 dollar variant. And lo and behold, there were no aircraft with 3 seats per row on the runway at that time. So stupid chatter and rip-off!!!. When we were supposed to pay, he demanded dollars. Since we only had local currency he gave us a very bad exchange rate to lure us a few dollars. With the card they also charge 5% more.... Real shame, because they wanted to rip us off at any cost.!! The flight itself was good but the whole thing at the office is just cheeky.

Worst company - Awful service, they mistaken my name and were so rude not giving me to read the names that I almost missed the flight. We did. It see the aqueducts as promised and no English guide. Scammers!!!! Don’t fly with them, there are cheaper and better quality companies directly on the airport.

A bad experience - Unluckily the organization was horrible and they treated us in such a bad day. Asking us more money in order to pay with card. The flight was good. Pilots are great.

Abhorrent customer service - Me and friend took a tourist flight with Aeronasca in June 2025. The flight was free of issues. However, before and after the flight we were informed that our passports needed to be stamped. I emphasize that we were told this was mandatory. As tourists, we were not familiar with the local guidelines so we went with the guidance of staff. However, unfortunately Aeronasca is not authorized to make entries in passports, so according to both UK and international law, our passports had been tampered with and needed replacing. This cost us $240 in total. We emailed Aeronasca to highlight the issue. Their initial response was a generic email denying accountability. We responded which was ignored, as were subsequent efforts at communication. Replacing our passports proved vey inconvenient as it jeopardized upcoming travel plans. This is because we ran the risk of being refused entry into countries which we were traveling to after our time in Peru, whilst also potentially making getting home difficult. At the same time this cost us a significant sum of money. Where we were really disappointed, was not in the mistake itself, we understand errors happen, and this one came out of trying to create a positive experience, with a fun little stamp to commemorate the experience. BUT the lack of customer support following the error, really frustrated us. It seems Aeronasca’s approach to customer service is that once the money has been made, the customer is irrelevant.

Fun, but waiting time and poor service ruins - It's a lot of fun being on the plane, nice pilot. The waiting time was extreme, miserable. Was picked up at the hotel at 9:00 but was not in the air until 12:45. After half an hour in the air we landed, and had to wait 35 minutes on a shift back to the city. Poor arrangement. Could have been 10/10, now it's only 2/10. Poor service and little information. Many groups passed by without any information.
