Amazing - Great experience. Copilot narrated the sites perfectly. Easy experience through the airport. Very well worth it. Great value.

Excellent experience - The flight experience is amazing, pick you up at the bus terminal or your hotel/hostel and drop you there. The staff is very friendly. We accidentally left a package, and although we were already in another city, they sent it to us.

Amazing flight! - A unique opportunity to witness these marvels of ancient cultures! The team was very professional, safe, and knowledgeable about the Nasca Lines. They were also very funny! Totally recommended!

Maravilloso - I recommend this tour with Elsa, which at all times I orient myself to be an unforgettable experience, The aqueduct tour I didn't pk I wasn't told it was included, only once at the airport it was proposed by a travel agent with an extra price and included a pyramid and a cemetery

I had high hopes - Shuttle was on time and clean. Did not get a chance to pick my flight time and was assigned an 11:00am flight. This is a terrible time if you want to do anything else in Nazca since it's too early to do anything in the morning and you have no idea when your flight will actually happen. My flight was more than an hour and a half later than scheduled (I was never given any instructions after I arrived at the airport or updates on flight status while waiting). You get to see about 12 or 13 Nazca lines, but the pilot didn't do a great job of letting us know where to look. I talked with people that used a different company and they got to see more than 20 lines and the pilots gave specific instructions on where to look. I also got the worst seat for taking pictures on my flight. This would be a great experience with a better company. Book a flight when you get to Nazca so you can build a full day schedule with other tours of the area.

A bad experience - Unluckily the organization was horrible and they treated us in such a bad day. Asking us more money in order to pay with card. The flight was good. Pilots are great.

Abhorrent customer service - Me and friend took a tourist flight with Aeronasca in June 2025. The flight was free of issues. However, before and after the flight we were informed that our passports needed to be stamped. I emphasize that we were told this was mandatory. As tourists, we were not familiar with the local guidelines so we went with the guidance of staff. However, unfortunately Aeronasca is not authorized to make entries in passports, so according to both UK and international law, our passports had been tampered with and needed replacing. This cost us $240 in total. We emailed Aeronasca to highlight the issue. Their initial response was a generic email denying accountability. We responded which was ignored, as were subsequent efforts at communication. Replacing our passports proved vey inconvenient as it jeopardized upcoming travel plans. This is because we ran the risk of being refused entry into countries which we were traveling to after our time in Peru, whilst also potentially making getting home difficult. At the same time this cost us a significant sum of money. Where we were really disappointed, was not in the mistake itself, we understand errors happen, and this one came out of trying to create a positive experience, with a fun little stamp to commemorate the experience. BUT the lack of customer support following the error, really frustrated us. It seems Aeronasca’s approach to customer service is that once the money has been made, the customer is irrelevant.

Fun, but waiting time and poor service ruins - It's a lot of fun being on the plane, nice pilot. The waiting time was extreme, miserable. Was picked up at the hotel at 9:00 but was not in the air until 12:45. After half an hour in the air we landed, and had to wait 35 minutes on a shift back to the city. Poor arrangement. Could have been 10/10, now it's only 2/10. Poor service and little information. Many groups passed by without any information.

Really really dreadful. Disorganised, rude, massive rip-off - Awful. Couldn’t run a bath in a rainstorm. We booked a transfer through them- which cost double what the other passenger in the shared car paid up front. Next we arrived and were angrily told that (though our flight was at 11:30) it would be an hour. An hour later and people arriving after us were flying and lots of others were angrily asking when they would fly- everyone was told the same- an hour. Eventually I discovered they had lost our papers and forgotten we were there, after this it took 15 mins to be by a plane. The return transfer wouldn’t have happened if not for a kind Spanish man translating for us to explain we had pre paid the trip and wouldn’t go away till they made it happen. Rude, disorganised, and a scam. Lines are as good in person as on Google, don’t bother.
