Highlights
  • Nasca Lines - After picking you up, we will go to Paracas city to flight around the famous and enigmatic Nazca Lines. They are a group of very large geoglyphs hand formed/scratched out to make very strong depressions or shallow dirt removals in the dark soil of the Nazca Desert to reveal the very white under layer of rock or clay. These were carved out sometime between 200 AD and possibly 600 AD. There is no written record of the exact dates, but these seem to be a possible time frame. There is no a definitive reason for the carvings; however, numerous theories have been advanced: sculptures to be seen from the surrounding mountains, a big work project to worship they ancestors, or possibly a kind of message for their god so as to have water since the area is dry and it almost does not rain. You will watch the most representative figures such as the hummingbird, spider, monkey, geometrical forms and other mysterious forms.

The most convenient tour for Nazca Lines and Huacachuna - Expensive but totally worth it! Very professional and organized. Great communication with the company. Very flexible, offered options, since this tour is private for your group only. We saved time by flying to Nazca from Pisco, a 3h drive from Lima, instead of having to drive 7h to Nazca to take the flight to see the lines. Pick up and drop off were both on time. Knowledgeable tour guide and safe driver. Felipe and Wilton made our trip one of the best experiences in Perú.

Highly recommend. - We had a great experience with Chasky. Even before the trip started they were very prompt in answering all our questions. Filipe is a great guide, energetic, knowledgeable and helpful. He made the trip memorable. They were on time, every time. He saved us lots of time by pre ordering food even before we reached the lunch break destination. The van was clean and very comfortable. They never pushed us for time. Jose our driver was also very courteous. I would highly recommend.

A can’t miss! Ask for Felipe and Werner - We were lucky enough to be assigned Felipe and Werner - they were absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, funny, and excited to share their culture and country with us. There is a lot of driving but you’re never bored and it’s very worth it to see everything included in the tour. One fun warning - the wine and Pisco tour give very generous tasting portions :) We also left a pair of sunglasses in the van and Felipe walked them over to our hotel the following day to return them. Truly above and beyond!

WOWWWWW!!! - This private tour was exactly what we needed because we only had one day to fit all of the sites we were hoping to get to on our last day in Lima. Felipe was a fantastic tour guide and we were very impressed with his extensive knowledge, not only of the sites we visited, but Peru as a whole. Claudio was our driver and he weighed in quite a bit as well. The private tour option was very flexible. We were able to visit the Huacachina oasis early in the day and avoid the crowds we saw coming in as we were leaving. Anyone who visits Peru must really find a way to sandboard and ride the dune buggies. So fun!!! The Nazca lines were breathtaking and such a treat. Before the flight, Felipe mentioned we should take something for motion sickness because of the sharp turns the airplane takes so that everyone on the flight gets a good view of all the lines. Great call, Felipe! Overall, we had a great time, were comfortable and in good company, which is a plus for such a long day.

Great experience and worth the cost - The tour was a great experience and Ronny did an amazing job providing a great deal of history and good conversation for the long journey. It is a long day but well worth it. The Nazca lines were definitely the highlight as well as the Pisco tastings and lunch at the winery. Well worth it and highly recommended.

Don’t miss this - Ronald and Weldon were fun, flexible, and knowledgeable. They were friendly and easy to be with. Ronald has the perfect personality for the job. He was always checking to be sure we were doing what we wanted to do and assessing what would be the best thing for us to do next. The tour was not preset, but accommodated what interested us most. Weldon could drive nascar. Worth every penny

Amazing experience! - Pick me up at 4:30am, drove six hours, arranged the flyover, able to view the amazing Nazca Lines. Completed the itinerary and back to my hotel after 18 hours. Thank you!

Maybe go with a more established tour operator - Tour company cancelled because they claimed "safety reasons" of the aircraft, but we all know it was because not enough people signed up for the tour. They provided a full refund, but it was a pain in the neck to meet up with them because they wanted to give me cash back instead of refunding to credit card.
