Absolutely incredible! - I spent 35 minutes in the sky flying over the Nascas masterpieces. It was a real joy! On the other hand, I think the plane was too high waiting for me, will it be a little less altitude to better see the geoglyphs. Attention for some people, because you can quickly feel nauseous, because the plane makes a lot of turns to fly over the drawings to the right or to the left. Anyway, it was really great, even if it didn’t last very long.

Professionalism and impeccable attention on the Nazca Lines - We flew over the Nazca Lines and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I found the company online, but booked directly on WhatsApp. The communication was quick and clear, and although we made the direct booking, they had the detail of offering us a small discount. It’s not quantity — it’s attitude. The flight was very well organized. The plane was in good condition and the pilots were extremely friendly and professional. They explained each figure clearly, made the necessary turns so we could all see the lines on both the left and right sides, and really made sure no one missed anything. At one point I felt a little dizzy from the height, and the team reacted very calmly and carefully: they gave me directions, offered me cotton with eucalyptus and slightly ventilated the cabin. That kind of attention makes a difference. At all times we feel in the hands of professionals. Excellent service, humane treatment and an absolutely recommendable experience.

Organization not recommended. The flight was fine. - We booked as a group. The two of us had to wait an hour for our flight for some inexplicable reason and were the last of the day. There was no explanation.

Flight fantastic but BEWARE to get delayed constantly (especially as individual traveleres). Hopeless customer service! - Since we really wanted to fly over the Nazca lines, we drove an entire day down from Lima (7h) and the next day back again for an evening flight to Cusco. Therefore, I already contacted Aeronasca for months!! before through several mails that we please get a timeslot either in the afternoon on our arrival day or before lunch on our departure day since we have 7h car rides to Lima. I exchanged more than 20 mails with Aeronasca. Wendy on customer service was absolutely useless as officially there are no flights before 2 o clock due to weather and no after 2 o clock!? Coming to Nazca, we got moved all the time from our original booking. This is because Aeronazca prefers tour groups and we as a couple always got moved. I really got very upset and eventually we managed to get a flight at 1pm on the 2nd day (We were promised to be "the first in the morning" after we got moved from day 1). Had to speed to Lima and almost missed our flight there. Because of the terrible service of Aeronasca, especially since they were aware of our schedule situation for months and still treated us so badly by always moving us and instead prefering big groups, I can only give 1*. The flight itself was fantastic and shoutout to the Pilots who did a great job (compared to anyone else at Aeronasca).
