- Temple of Demeter - After paying for your admission ticket at the gate, you will walk uphill through a beautiful garden and reach Demeter’s Temple, one of the most significant ancient monuments of Naxos. You will learn about the history of the sanctuary and also have some free time to visit the on spot museum. The Temple of Demeter is closed on Tuesdays and on the 1st of May and instead more free time is provided in Chalki and Apiranthos villages.
- Damalas - At the small village of Damalas, Manolis will warmheartedly welcome you to his traditional pottery workshop and reveal ancient secrets of his art. Afterwards you will visit the restored olive press museum and learn everything about the old procedure of olive oil production.
- Chalkio - Continue to Chalki, an ancient commercial center and a place of beautiful Venetian architecture. You will have approximately 45’ free time to explore by yourselves. Don’t miss the oldest distillery of the island
- Apeiranthos - Next, make a long stop at the famous village of Apiranthos located at the foot of Fanari mountain. Admire the beautiful views of Venetian Towers, marbled alleys, cozy tavernas, verandas, and traditional shops. Here, you will have free time for lunch
- Apollonas Beach - Driving past Koronos village and the famous emery mines, you will reach Apollonas. Get free time at the picturesque fishing village to go for a quick dip and enjoy a coffee or desert by the seaside.
- Apollonas Kouros - End your tour with a visit to the infamous “Kouros”, an unfinished marble Statue of 11 meters, lying in the same spot for more than 2500 years!

Highlights of our tour:
- Admire Demeter’s Temple, a sanctuary dated back in the 6th Century BC.
- Explore the marble paved neighborhoods of Apiranthos
- Photoshoot the gigantic statue of Kouros at the ancient marble quarries
- Visit The picturesque fishing village of Apollonas
- We pick up our guests from central places in Naxos Town, Stelida, Agia Anna, Agios Prokopios and Plaka Beach. In other case our guests can meet us directly at our starting point.
- On Tuesdays the Demeter’s Temple is closed. Instead we will spend more time in our other stops
- This tour will take place rain or shine. Small changes may apply to the itinerary in case of rough weather
- A big part of the trip is through winding, mountainous roads. Please carry travel sickness pills in case you feel uneasy
- The tour guide is not licensed and thus not allowed to guide you inside Demeter’s Temple. You will get all the information about the monument before you enter the gate.
- On the 1st of May the Demeter’s Temple will be closed.

Great bus tour - We don't go to bus tours very often, but we decided to give this one a try after a friend of us recommended it.
We are glad we did, because this was a great tour. You get to know some of Naxos best places in one go and at a very reasonable price.
The tour lasts about 8 hours and honestly we didn't notice how quickly the time passed by.
This was because we had a great tour guide, Aggeliki who was explaining everything that we saw along the way and an excellent driver Vasilis.

Best way to see Naxos!! - This was honestly one of the best tours we’ve been on! We would recommend without hesitation!! Extremely organised, professional and friendly! Our driver Vasilis was the best!! We felt totally safe in his hands!! Similarly, our tour director Alex was marvellous!! Very informative, warm, friendly and set out the itinerary for the day very clearly. Her English was perfect! They made an excellent team and it was an amazing day!!
It was the full day tour and it went so fast!!
A very memorable experience and great way to see Naxos!!! Thank you!!

Great way to visit the villages - Alex was a great guide, she was very knowledgeable and informative. The tour ran on schedule with enough time at every stop, we loved the villages and the stunning views from the mountains. Vasilis the driver was veey nice and skilled. We loved the tour

Great Tour for the family - We had a lovely time knowing Naxos and visiting many sites while taking wonderful photos .
Our tour Alex was more than amazing explaining everything and especially she made sure our son understood everything in Greek.
Also can’t forget our expert driver Vasilis who made driving through the mountain easy .

A day well soent - The tour guide (Alex) was exceptional - very informative with the information pitched at a level that suited all on the tour. Whilst Naxos is by no means over run by tourists, it was great to get away from “the well worn path” and visit other less well known parts of Naxos. Credit must also go to our driver - Vasilis - who drive our coach superbly through what, for many, would be challenging roads.

Family discovery. - Excellent bus tour to visit the interior of the island. We enjoyed the comfort of the bus.
The Alex guide to the TOP who explains in a clear and precise English that allowed us to understand all the explanations (English and us that's two!).
The driver Vassili hyper concentrated led us brilliantly to the different sites and given the width of some passages, a real challenge.😊
The views of the island are superb and if you want to enjoy fully feel free to do so. To visit this is much easier than renting a car and getting lost 😅.

Excellent - Excellent experience! We took the tour of the island and were delighted. Our guide Alex was able to explain each of the sites we visited in a very enjoyable way. Also a special mention to our driver Vasilis, who was very friendly and professional.

Good introduction to Naxos - It was a long day but provided a good introduction to the island. I do think the tour guide could have had a bit more energy. She gave us information about the island but didn’t provide much detail at the stops. Other groups seemed to have more engaged guides.

Nice tour of the interior of Naxos - Our experience was generally positive, as we had the opportunity to visit several points in the interior of the island that we wouldn't have had the chance to visit if we didn't rent a car. The disadvantage of these tours is that you don't have time to see anything on your own, since the stops last a maximum of 40 minutes (except for lunch, which lasted 1.5 hours), which means you don't have time to explore without fear of not making the bus at the agreed time. Added to this is the fact that since it's summer, you don't feel like rushing around looking for a specific spot because of the heat. In any case, we already knew how long each stop would last, and the cost of the tour is affordable and worth it. Our guide was very friendly and told us various things along the way and also at the places where we stopped. She explained to us, for example, how olive oil was produced in the past at one of the sites where it was made, and also gave us a demonstration of ceramic craftsmanship. The stop we couldn't take advantage of the least was the one where we stopped for lunch, as we only had so much time to find a restaurant, eat, and pay the bill. The best part of the entire tour, besides the guide and driver, was the exceptional views we enjoyed during the drive to the last stop in Apollona (we had time for a coffee and a quick swim at its mini-beach) and also the incredible views from there on the way back to our accommodation. The bus was very comfortable and refrigerated. Greek and English language
