We start our trip from Kalantos leaving behind the gold sand, heading East to Rina’s cave. We paddle in a relaxed pace exploring the interesting geology of the area, the pure Cycladic scenery and the turquoise water. Along the way we stop off at small beaches ideal for swimming, snorkeling and cliff jumping away from the crowds, and enjoy the…
We start our trip from Kalantos leaving behind the gold sand, heading East to Rina’s cave. We paddle in a relaxed pace exploring the interesting geology of the area, the pure Cycladic scenery and the turquoise water. Along the way we stop off at small beaches ideal for swimming, snorkeling and cliff jumping away from the crowds, and enjoy the personalized attention of the guide on a small-group tour. Duration of Kalantos Sea Kayak Day Trip is approximately five hours, two and a half hours of total paddling and another two and a half hours on the beaches, swimming, snorkeling and having snacks and coffee. Later in the evening, full of nice pictures we return to our starting point for a last swim!

Don’t miss activity on Naxos - Well worth over the hour drive through the mountain roads to get to the beach to kayak. Clear instructions provided. They even offered us long sleeve shirts, hats, water shoes and towels (if you didn’t have any). Large bottles of water were given to each of us. The water was beautiful! We snorkeled at the 1st stop at the cave. Saw a few fish. Water is crystal clear. Looked very cool to snorkel in the cave. 2nd stop, the water was even better. Ocean is still cool in May but the sun is hot so you get used to the water temp fast. We had a delicious meal at the 2nd stop of Greek salad, bread and olive oil, salami, cheese, and hard boiled eggs. We even had espresso made on the beach. Guide also found us pumice stones.
Very glad we did this trip. Guides were excellent. We are 55 and 59 years old. It was a good amount of paddling on the way back but we stopped for a few breaks which made it a lot easier.

Kayaking in Naxos - The trip was a blast! I was on a solo trip, and met a nice group. We had an amazing time with cave paddling and Christina's awesome support. Manolis really knew his stuff as our guide.
The views were stunning, the waters crystal clear, and the picnic was a treat.
I totally recommend this adventure!

A highlight of our time in Naxos - One of the highlights of our Greece vacation. We were picked up near the port and had a beautiful drive through the countryside on the way to the meet up point. Mano was a true professional and we felt very safe in his care. The day was a great way to explore the coastline and enjoy the beautiful water. Lunch was delicious! Highly recommended this tour!!

Wonderful day exploring Naxos by Kayak! - Truly a great experience. A great way to spend the day out in nature and getting a new perspective of the beautiful island of Naxos. Manolis, Christina and all the guides were fantastic. They were helpful, informative, super friendly and just a joy to be with for the tour. If you want a little adventure and a little exercise while on Naxos, I highly recommend the tour.

Great views, fun paddle, awesome time! - If you are looking for a fun, beautiful, relaxing, yet engaging, day trip, BOOK THIS!!! My friends and I had so much fun and the guides were funny, accommodating, and extremely kind. The views were incredible and the paddle is worth it. I'd say it's a great length too. A one-of-a-kind Greek experience. - The whole tour was beautiful: The crystal-clear azure of the sea, the varied geology of the shoreline, and the views of the nearby Cyclades islands. We felt safe and relaxed throughout the trip, even as novice kayakers. Manos was an expert and personable guide, and we enjoyed his company. And he made the best Greek salad of our entire trip! One tip: Be sure to inquire about the "transport fee" so you are not surprised.

Kayak tour with Rina cave - Fantastic day....great paddling, views, food, company. Our guide Manolo (sp?) was so nice, knowledgable. and professional. Even during the drive to the put in point he was sharing his love of the island with us. I hesitated on doing the tour because of the cost, but it was well worth it!

Amazing sea kayak excursion to Rina cave - This was an amazing and breathtaking excursion both from the activity itself and the scenic beauty along the way. Our guide Manolis was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and he prepared the most delicious lunch for our family while resting on the beach. This was the most memorable excursion we have all been on as a family and everyone including our teenage children loved it. Would highly recommend.

An unforgettable experience on Naxos – absolutely top class. - Our day with Sea Kayak Naxos was nothing short of magical – one of the absolute highlights of our entire holiday!
Manolis, our guide, was exceptional! Not only did he make everyone feel safe and comfortable on the water, but he also generously shared his deep knowledge of the coastline, the nearby islands, and the rich history and nature surrounding Naxos. It didn’t feel like a tour with a guide – it felt like going on an adventure with a passionate friend who truly loves his home and his work.
Christina was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. From the very first contact, she was quick to respond and extremely polite. She made sure we had all the information we needed, and that gave us a real sense of ease before we even stepped into a kayak.
And the lunch? Absolutely fantastic! Fresh local ingredients, beautifully prepared – and enjoyed with a view of crystal-clear waters in a peaceful cove. It doesn’t get any better than that.
We felt we were in the most capable and professional hands the entire way through. It was the perfect blend of active adventure, stunning nature, and true Greek hospitality.
Highly recommended – and we’ll definitely be back!
