Must do when in Fiji - Absolutely a must do while in Fiji. A cultural treat that is educational, fun and memorable. Starting with a boat ride up the river to take short walk to the magnificent falls. A swim and some time to enjoy the beauty. Then back down the river on a traditional bamboo raft. A fantastic Fijian Lovo for lunch with a Kava ceremony, music, dancing and wonderful handicrafts made by the Vilma hers and sold at reasonable prices. Take cash. Massages are also available starting at $10 FJD. Cannot recommend this highly enough. I had a 5, 9, and 14 year old and all raved about it. A full day out and worth every cent.

Rapids, Waterfall and Yummy Lunch - The guide was hilarious 😂 the waterfall was refreshing and easy to get to. Rapids in the canoe was pretty along the river and very safe. Lunch was tasty especially the pumpkin. Demonstrated easy way to open a coconut and made a basket from a large leaf. Ceremony was enjoyable to watch.

Nature and culture filled tour - Firstly, this tour company went above and beyond. I had missed the tour on the day of my booking. They reached out proactively to move me out to the following day. The trip was amazing. Excellent guide, spectacular nature, a lot of culture, delicious lunch, everything was perfect. It had rained heavy the previous night and the tour was nearly cancelled. It rained even as we went on the boat. The river ran fast. This is a heavy rain region of Fiji. So, it helps if you go knowing these facts. If you want a sunny, easy day... this tour is probably not it. But if you want to experience something spectacular even if there is a bit of discomfort, then go for it.

Full day of culture, water, food and people - What a phenomenally, entertaining and cultural experience. Malichi was an awesome driver and where do I begin with Nim. He was the ultimate host imparting knowledge, traditions, his people, crafts and food. Fiji TV captured his love of country while we listened. All the men and women in the village had big, beautiful hearts so no one complained about the ride there and back. Nim made us all part of his family. We highly recommend this trip for everyone coming to Fiji. Get immersed!!!

A must do in Fiji! 🇫🇯 - What a fantastic day out and great experience for the whole family! We stayed in Denarau and we able to travel by bus to the coral coast for this amazing experience. Our bus driver Malaki was great and gave us great information about Fiji along the way. We were picked up at 06:30am and travelled to the village where we went by motorised long boat to the waterfalls. We had plenty of time to have a swim and it was a quick walk to the watering hole. There are many waterfalls to see along the way and the scenery is spectacular! We then went back to the village and had a short trip on a bamboo raft which was a hoot! At the village, we were welcomed with a great cultural experience and lunch. We were able to take part in a kava ceremony, dancing and learn a lot about Fiji’s history & traditions. Nam is the ultimate guide & host and all his family members were very accomodating. We learnt about traditional painting, basket making, coconut 🥥 usage and more! When we told Fijian people we went to Nam’s village… they all said that it was the best tour to do! Highly recommend. Allow for a 12 hour day if staying in Denarau. Good value for money. Booked through Viator!

Cultural Adventure and Immersion! - It is a three hour drive from Denarau but it is ssooo worth it!! The tour leader at the river/village was extremely professional and went out of his way to keep us safe and to ensure an enjoyable experience. His passion for his Fijian heritage was heart-warming. He even dived into the river to retrieve a young boy's hat!!! The bamboo rafting was an experience in itself!! The traditional food was delicious and all the cultural aspects were fantastic. Highly recommend!

A tropical jungle adventure. - We took this your 2 years ago and brought friends this time as well as adult children. Long drive to and from (3 hours one way from Denarau), but scenic and bus was on time and comfortable. It rained terribly the whole drive out, and ponchos were given to us for the river ride. Path to waterfall was washed out due to mud slide so we did a pivot. Headed back to village via bamboo raft. Enjoyed a delicious meal, saw traditional dancing, tapa art, palm fronds weaving, coconut husking. Felt very spoiled.
