The best experience ever..... - Had a great time, a great experience and staff was wonderful. Definitely will recommend my friends to do this excursion.

Amazing Customer Service! - We booked this trip for Saturday February 1st and were advised to arrive at the Mexican Salsa Grill in Nassau. We arrived about an hour early just to be sure we were on time. The people at the bar opened early for us so we could get a beverage and were very helpful when we asked if we were in the right place. When the time for our taxi came and went, we were getting quite worried we were in the wrong spot. A fellow at the bar contacted Nick, who was running the taxi service. He informed us that he had not received our booking from Tripadvisor and that we wouldn’t be going today. Nick apologized and was very sincere. He told us we would get a full refund and he was giving us a trip the next day….for free!!!! We were shocked to receive such excellent service!! The next day we boarded a ferry at the marina on Paradise Island and had an amazing day with the group from the Sand Dollar Beach Resort! (I’m leaving a 5 star review for them as well)! Our refund was processed and there was no charge for the Sunday excursion! If I could, I’d give this company a 10 star rating! Thank you Nick!

Fun with the piggies! - Captain Sticks and Kel were amazing! I am Celebrating my birthday and this was so fun! The both of them def made it a fun experience.

Must do experience! - Was such a great experience! I have already recommended this to members of the crew on the ship who visit the island more regularly especially as it’s only a short trip but it is just enough! From the hosts, speedboat and piggy island just a great trip!

Great fun and cool vibes! - Had a great time. Beach was beautiful and staff was great on the boat and on the beach. Pigs were cute and got to take great pics.

Wonderful time - My friend and I had a great time, definitely worth the price!! Would recommend or book again. We were here on a cruise and found an excursion not included in our cruise!

It was nice - The trip was decent. It's a little strip of island. The pigs are cute and walking around searching for snacks to eat. For me after you fed the pigs there really wasn't much else to do. They do offer free waters and other drinks. And you can rent out a jet ski to ride if you'd like. Shutout to Captain Stix! Let me not forget, he had the music blasting with good Caribbean tunes and he was driving the heck out of the speed boat lol

HARD PASS - Let me start with they don't have many bad reviews bc they ask you to contact them directly and not leave negative feedback, good business model but not good for the consumer! We arrived from a celebrity cruise at Nassau, quickly spent the first 45 minutes exploring the area and hit up a large outdoor market, since we had an 11am schedule we didn't have much time to see the city. We rushed back to the meeting spot at the port and there we just waited... the boat to take us to the island ended up being about an hour and a half late, the staff just said "wait here, the boat will arrive shortly", which was disappointing when you have only part of a day to explore a new place. Since we wanted to swim with the pigs, we just continued to wait. Once the boat finally arrived we made 2 additional stops for more people then finally went to see the pigs. Met with more disappointment when we arrived. The island staff were all sooo rude and disrespectful. We were forced to wait once we got to the island, the staff told us to stand in line at this dock and wait our turn. once it was our turn to enter the beach area, there were NO PIGS, apparently they would be coming out soon? Once they finally brought the 5 pigs out they gave us carrots to feed them. There were about 25 people in our group, so it was a bit of a chore to be able to get a pig to even come over to you, what is this title "SWIM WITH THE PIGS" because there was no swimming, and very very little contact.... we probably spent about 15 minutes with the pigs and then they took them away. Then we were told to get ready to leave the island. No time to eat or get a drink even at the bar. We quickly left, did the first two stops to drop the other people off and then finally back to the cruise port where we had enough time to stop at one shop and buy a shirt and hustle back to the ship with 25 minutes to spare till the gang way was up.... I was not happy with this trip at all... felt like a wasted day in the Bahamas and the anxiety of "are we gonna make it back in time or is the ship gonna leave us?" (I read a story a RedIt about this happening to someone in Mexico). I wish we would have had a nice relaxing experience, which we did not. I would not recommend this excursion!!! Would not do this again.

Cancelled - I had bought this tour on offer. It was cancelled by the organizer and later offered again for twice the price.

Beware of cancellations “after” booking. - Tour was cancelled due to “low numbers” and they were closed for the day. If this was known previously, why still show it as being available? So I paid $370 only to have to wait days for a refund. So no Nassau tour of any kind because the money I had allocated for the island got held up because the company cancelled and me having to wait to receive a refund. Absolutely disappointing as I could’ve spent more money and did the same type of tour through my cruise company without worry of cancellation, but I wanted to support the local businesses/people of Nassau only to be let down.
