Above and beyond- a great experience! - Initially Viator had contacted me about canceling his tour due to lack of seats sold on the tour. But then there was no time for us to reschedule, they went ahead and took us on the tour. It was an amazing experience. Eric, our driver was a native to the island and had wonderful insights and information about the island. Eric went above and beyond for us on this tour, taking pictures for us that we wanted, and he even ventured out and bought a mango for me because I mentioned I wanted to try one. Such a great tour guide!

Great experience, lots to see! - We had a fantastic time on the Jeep tour, largely thanks to Leon's exceptional guidance. His constant stream of engaging fun facts elevated the entire experience. We were super happy with the tour as we got to make a lot of stops. Note: Get the man a working radio! Even with radio issues Leon was able to use his outdoor voice to communicate with the group. He's a champ!

Fun Experience! - We had a nice time on this tour. Our tour guide, Eric was great and did a nice job of sharing a plethora of knowledge of the island with us. The tour felt a bit rushed towards the end due to the cruise ship passengers needing to get back to the boat, but Eric made it up to us and took us to two additional spots, so that made up for it. He also took pictures of us, which was nice. I would recommend this tour.

Meh... - The vehicle was really old making all kinds of noises. Then there was an issue with one of the patrons because they did not like the seating in the back of the vehicle. This held up our tour time. Then felt rushed somewhat.

Ok but not worth the cost. - My experience on this tour was far from satisfactory. As someone who travels extensively, I have taken tours all around the world. While I appreciated the driver's friendliness and knowledge, the overall value of the tour was disappointing, especially considering the hefty price tag for three hours of driving. I thought $330 for 1 adult and 2 children was excessive. Although an appetizer lunch was included, the preordered menu included only three items: conch fritters, fried fish, and chicken wings. I realize these were locally prepared dishes with traditional seasonings, but as a vegan, none of these options were suitable for me. When I asked about an alternative, I was informed that I could order some potatoes, but there would be an additional charge. It was midday and I was hungry, so I agreed to pay the extra cost. However, the wait for my potatoes was excessively long. As I watched the rest of the group finish their meal, it became increasingly apparent that I may not get the potatoes, as the tour was on a time schedule. Ultimately, when it was time to leave, my potatoes had still not arrived. As a result, I returned to the ship to have lunch. This made my experience even more disappointing, especially given the tour's premium pricing.

Get ready for sales pitches - First, we liked our driver a LOT. He was pleasant and a safe. However… all stops on the “tour” except the Junkanoo Museum are at local businesses seeking to sell. Stores include a rum distillery, rum cakes, tea, tchotchkes, and candy, followed by a small, fast, local meal of fried stuff. The only history shared was at the Museum, there was no adventure, and the entire tour route stayed within a few miles of the cruise ship quay. My advice: Save your money or book a different excursion.

Did not follow the itinerary - Did not do all stops on the itinerary. Did not stop at the Rum cake factory or at Fort Charlotte (the replacement stop for Queen's Staircase) Also first stop was 15 minutes at a small gift shop that was not on the itinerary. Jeep guide was difficult to understand and also hard to hear over traffic noise since he spoke mainly while driving. Overpriced. Would not recommend to friends.
