Our tour guide, Sean, was very knowledgeable and gave us some great history and tips on Nashville.

Our group was pretty disappointed with the Joyride Pub Crawl. There was some miscommunication at the start — we were at the first pub about 10 minutes before the crawl was supposed to begin, but never saw our guide and ended up missing the first drink that was supposed to be included. It definitely would help if the pub crawl leads wore something identifiable, like a shirt or lanyard, because we weren’t the only ones confused — we even ran into two others in the same situation who had missed the start as well. We eventually caught up with the group at the second bar. The guide himself was friendly and did try to make up for it by getting part of the group another drink at the last stop, which we appreciated. But the crawl was advertised as two hours and only lasted about 70 minutes. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. Honestly, you’d have a better time (and save money) just bar hopping on your own — Nashville has so many great spots without needing to book a tour.

My Husband and I were looking forward to doing the tour but someone called and said that you guys canceled it because you need four people and it was only us two who booked for that particular day.

The tour was advertised as all inclusive but included only 1 drink per stop, usually a shot and definitely not an "craft cocktail" as advertised. Additionally though the listing says 2 hours, our guide. Will, left us after an hour and 20 mins. He didn't really interact with us beyond grabbing us drinks and telling us when to leave the the next bar. It was really disappointing when less than 90 minutes in he left to go home. Also the meet up address in the app was incorrect as well causing us to be about 5 minutes late.

They cancelled on the day of the tour with no reason given

The tour guide was really more of a chaperone than a tour guide. He gave the group the sense that he didn't like the area we were in nor the bars that we were going to. We were tourists excited to do touristy things but he started the tour by saying we should have gone to different neighborhoods because this one was expensive. At one point he told one of my friends that it was all downhill after the second bar. He had what appeared to be a vape on him too which is so annoying when you are behind someone. I also thought the tour was 2 hours long but he left around the 90th minute. Super bummed we paid for this tour.
