A “don’t miss” in Nashville - This place is a must visit for musicians, music, historians, or just playing music fans of all genres. While the Country Music Hall of Fame is certainly the big draw, and deservedly so, it’s more about the stars. The Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum is about the songs, and the people and equipment behind the big names. Whether country, bluegrass, soul, R&B, psychedelia, metal, or just plain old rock ‘n’ roll, it’s all here. Session musicians like the Wrecking Crew, and the Swampers. Instrument craftsmen like Les Paul. Producers, engineers, and innovators that made the sounds we all love - presented in a way that showcases them all. There are even hands-on areas where you can play instruments , sing, and mix the sounds. I met a friendly (and pretty) lady in the gift shop who was telling me some of the history of the museum - turns out her father was the founder and literally wrote the book on the museum. It sounded like it was truly a labor of love, and is an excellent tribute to the recording industry and all the people who have been a part of making music available to us. I hope to go back again the next time I’m in Nashville, to see anything I may have missed. Don’t miss it!

Don’t miss the Musicians, Hall of Fame Museum! An absolutely wonderful experience! - This exceeded all expectations. We thought we’d be in and out in an hour, but three hours later after watching films, doing interactive activities and seeing some of the world class musicians, we are taking home great memories and had a most fantastic time. The staff at the museum was very helpful and friendly and we closed the place down.

Our favourite in Nashville - This museum provided a lot of good for thought - so many musicians and producers never achieve the same fame as lead singers. Lots of different memorabilia. A well laid out museum. And not as crazy busy as some of the smaller museums.

Fux the headphones and it will be great - Its good and has a lot of stuff in to do BUT so much of it's broken now and ruins the experience. The headphones mainly dont work in the music sections, actually broken in many and just not able to hear in most.
