Best tour - Our tour guide Ms. Jill was the best. She was very informative and personable. The locations were great. Jill was able to answer any questions we had. And she took us to spots where we were able to photograph some ghost. Definitely recommend this tour.

It happens rain or shine... - It happens rain or shine so be prepared. It is a walking tour so wear good shoes. The pace was a steady walking pace, bot too fast but not quite leisurely.

It's a good time pass if... - It's a good time pass if you are doing a Nashville tour but nothing much to write home about. The tour guide was good with narration and did her best. However, the stories were kind of boring. We expected a lot more thrilling (and possibly, scary) stories from such a tour. On that count, it disappointed.

Ghosted by the Ghosts - It was a very hot evening when we did this tour. We met our costumed guide who seemed like she might have been new to the guide business and still learning. We walked to several beautiful Nashville spots, and heard stories of history and possible ghost activity. Just as we failed to spot Nessie when we went to Loch Ness, the ghosts had the night off. It was fun though and a good walking tour of downtown Nashville at night.

Skip this one. - Our guide was roughly 20 minutes late, she only showed after I called the company. She also lied, not realizing that the tour company had already told us that she, by name, was the one scheduled to give our tour. Our tour actually did not begin until 8:30 pm and the company refunded two dollars per ticket for the inconvenience. We really wanted to go on this tour, but it was SO disappointing. The tour guide was new, and would often read from her note cards, but that is forgivable. Everyone has to learn. The problem is that she failed to tell one complete story. The guide constantly referred to people as being “unalive” and began to share a ghost sighting without any follow up information or story closure. At the end of each sighting, she would ask if anyone has any questions, and it was clear she had zero answers. After a few stories, I realized the guide decided to censor the stories because we had brought our tween children. We picked this tour, knowing exactly what a ghost tour should entail. (Ghosts don’t usually come from deaths where people passing away peacefully in their sleep!) I finally had to speak up when she opted to skim over almost all of the details simply saying “and stuf” yet again. When pressed I learned she chose to omit the words “stabbed” and “hit in the back of a head with a beer bottle” - come on! Seriously?! I can look past being new, using note cards, not being a great storyteller - but at least SHARE THE STORY! The guide just went rogue and decided to censor everything, which was completely inappropriate. Had she bothered to ask, we could’ve easily shared the fact that our children have been on at least a dozen ghost tours throughout some of the most haunted cities in the continental United States. (No stories in Nashville were going to scar them.) This was absolutely the worst ghost tour we’ve been on. This is usually a great way to learn a little history while in a new place while hearing some spooky stories. The information I gleaned from this tour is easily surmised in the advertisements for the other tours in the area. I hesitated in writing a review, but after some thought, I decided it was only right to write a review because I had based my decision off of so many positive reviews. I will be hesitant to book with this tour company in the future after this experience. The reviews reflect there are some amazing guides connected to this company, but potential buyers should also be warned that there are also some really low quality experiences.
