Very knowledgeable and quick paced tour guide! - Ryan was certainly exuberant maybe a little bit too much at the beginning till he got our group’s vibe - no children / seniors. He was very knowledgeable and shared even some extra facts as we quickly strolled the downtown streets, stopping at important sites to explain in more detail . It wasn’t a strenuous trip. There are a few hills in Nashville, but none of them are steep however, one of our group was recovering from back surgery so she couldn’t attend. It was no problem for her to cancel a couple days ahead of time. Viator is really easy to work with and they are very communicative. I would recommend it. The bonus was at the end when we asked Ryan the best place to eat. He recommended an excellent place called Acme. Also told us about the back door into Tooties, which prevented us from standing in line. He’s an ace!

Excellent Nashville Walking Tour - We had a small group of 7 and our guide Ryan was absolutely excellent. Great information on our walking tour at a nice pace delivered in a clear and concise manner with plenty humour too. Very good indeed. Was a great way to get our bearings on our first morning in a new city for us. Thanks again Ryan.

Just average - Tour guide showed up late. He seemed knowledgable of the area but was more concerned about his not funny jokes than giving a good tour.

Last minute disappointment - On Monday, I received a text that my Thursday morning tour was cancelled; could I and my friends do Friday instead. I replied I could not do Friday as I was flying home Friday morning. A few minutes later I received another text that not to worry, they would make the Thursday morning work. At 9:54 Thursday morning as my friends and I were st the meeting spot for our 10 am tour, I received a text cancelling the tour. Had I had more notice, I could have booked a different tour, but it was too late. Very unprofessional.
