  • Printhie Wines Cellar Door - An immersive journey uncovering the art of traditional method sparkling. Hosted by one of Printhie’s Sparkling Specialists (either the winemaker or a member of the Swift family), it includes a private tasting of the Swift Sparkling range where you’ll be able to taste sparklings that are over a decade old. During the tasting, your guide will show you the vineyards used to create the range located just outside the Cellar Door. You’ll gain a rare insight into the process of creating one of Australia’s finest sparkling brands, from base wine to the disgorging and aging process. After your private tasting you’ll be escorted into Printhie Dining to enjoy a four course lunch with matching wines whilst taking in the commanding views over the valley below.

Awarded Best Sparkling at the NSW Wine awards in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 as well as Best Australian Sparkling at the 2022 Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships in London. The Swift Sparkling range reflects exceptional cool climate craftsmanship that continues to raise the bar for Australian sparkling.

  • Freshly Shucked Oysters: - Shucked to order from Printhie’s very own custom built oyster tank. Water is shipped from the Clyde River to retain their beautiful salinity.
  • Duck, celeriac, carrot, cabbage, pepperberry: - Pan fried duck breast, pressed confit duck leg is covered with a celeriac blanket with pink peppercorn carrot puree and pepperberry jus
  • Murray code, anise myrtle, gnocchi, guanciale: - Flaked Murray Cod, pan fried gnocchi, anise myrtle cream, pork jowl (guanciale) and sea vegetables
  • Printhie apples, macadamia, bottle brush, fig leaf: - Printhie estate apples cooked in bottlebrush syrup with macadamia crumble and lemon thyme infused fig ice cream.

Superb degustation dinner - We had the deguststion dinner on 18 July and it was superb. The chef had been Michelin trained and the food was world class, paying homage to local ingredients and being super mindful of carbon footprint. Each dish was wonderful and the maître d’ Alessandro was highly knowledgeable and friendly. Well done Printhie for adding such a wonderful experience to the Orange foodie scene!

Best Experience we have ever had. - From the moment we turned up to the moment we left the Masterclass Experience was amazing. The staff were lovely and very helpful. David Swift, owner of Swift wines gave us our masterclass and we learned a lot about Sparkling Wine and the process. The 5 course degustation was something to remember. Ella our server was obsoletely amazing. Very knowledgeable and attentive. She made our experience so enjoyable. Onto the the food. Why Printhie Vineyard is not a Hat restaurant I am amazed. Right from the first bite to all the little surprises we had in-between the course was so tasty. I cannot fault the day. It is one of the most fantastic experiences we have ever had. We have already booked accommodation for next year so we can share the experience with our two boys. I will be telling everyone I know just how great the day was. Thankyou to David, Ella and the chefs. Words do not explain how fantastic a day we had.

A truly premium experience - A truly five star experience. The masterclass with Dave was fascinating and personal (thanks for answering our many, many questions, Dave). We really enjoyed the high quality sparkling wine. The meal was top notch as well. Each dish was interesting and flavourful and the service was impeccable. I've been to all of Sydney's top restaurants, and this was at least on par in terms of both food and service. Very happy.
