The best trip soo far. - We booked private Nara and Kyoto trip on 5th August. Our driver Vicky was very professional and friendly. He planned the trip making best use of the time covering maximum attractions. He was also like our guide helping us with ticket booking. He speaks in Japanese apart from English. He gave us tips for the best photo spots and clicked memorable family pictures. We had excellent time. Thank you Vicky.

Best Services Of Mt Fuji Tour - The trip was great! Our driver was very clever and polite: he understood our needs and desires, modyifing the planning on them. We visited the main points of interest and we took perfect pictures of Fuji, even if the weather was a little cloudy. I suggest this service at all.

Don’t waste your money! - Don’t waste your time or money. Driver arrived late, watch videos while driving us, don’t provide water, don’t take us to any of promised sight and didn’t speak English.

Do not book this tour! - We went on this tour on July 5th. This tour was beyond awful. None of what is indicated in the description is accurate. It started off with being picked up almost an hour late. The most upsetting part is that it was to be with an English speaking guided tour guide. When we first got into the vehicle, we asked if they were our tour guide and we were told “just driver.” They did not understand any questions we were asking and their English was very broken. We asked to start off at Mt Fuji 5th station, and the response was “too much traffic.” So at that point we had no option than to go where the driver suggested and from what we understood. At one of the locations, we had to search for the driver ourselves from a completely different location than where we were initially dropped off for lunch - which was another big issue because we were dropped off at a location where about 90% of the places to eat were closed. The driver to and from the long 2 hour drive was watching TikTok reels almost the entire time!! We had also seen an amusement park in the distant and mentioned it out loud, and the driver said “closed. Too dangerous” as we saw coasters going up the track and open on their website. One location we were told was a “hotel”, but when we looked it up ourselves, it was a telecom company. Very disappointed that TripAdvisor/Viator has allowed this company to remain a tour on their site! I have never had any issues with booking tours, but now I know I need to be extra cautious.

Worst tour ever! - This was literally the worst tour. There was nothing good about it. Tour guide/driver spoke no English, never saw Mt. Fuji, the driver as watching tic Toc while driving us and never show us anything mentioned in the tour. Not only that we felt very unsafe!
