Let’s prepare together a delicious chocolate from the tree to the bar, in Alberto’s chocolate workshop. Together with us you will taste a delicious typical and elegant three-course lunch prepared by chef Jamil. On our tour, we will find coffee plants, vanilla, rice, around 50 tropical fruits, which you can taste and learn the processes of each one.

Immerse yourself in the natural world with a full day venture on our tour, discovering coffee plants, rice, and roughly 50 tropical fruits. Engage your taste buds and gain insights into each plant’s process. A sumptuous 3-course lunch will be served, followed by a dive into the world of artisanal chocolate-making. A visit to the chocolate workshop allows you to adorn your chocolate with dehydrated fruits of your choice.

Next, we venture to Cerro Pereque Chico, a location renowned for having one of the biggest vanilla plantations in the area. Here, we explore the vanilla greenhouses and understand the procedure of growing, picking, fermenting, and drying the crop.
