Exceptional Tour! - Our experience was exceptional, Ben our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, I’m planning to recommend his tour to friends and family because he is one of the best guides we ever had and we travel a lot.

Wonderful day meeting the deer and seeing Kyoto! - We loved our day with Ben visiting Nara and Kyoto. He was so friendly and enthusiastic and made sure that we enjoyed our day. The deer were a highlight and even though it rained we loved seeing them and feeding them. Ben took us to a wonderful lunch spot (make sure you ask if it is cash only) and we had inexpensive yet delicious Ramen. Kyoto was another highlight and Ben took us on a walk throughout the city, visiting the Bamboo garden and the main shopping area. I highly recommend this tour!

Amazing experience - Absolutely unforgettable! We had the most incredible one-day trip to Nara and Kyoto with our private guide, Ben, and I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. From the moment we met Ben, it was clear we were in for something special. We started the day in Nara, where we were instantly captivated by the peaceful beauty of Nara Park and its famous friendly deer. Walking through the towering gate of Todai-ji Temple and seeing the Great Buddha was a surreal and humbling experience. Ben explained the history and symbolism behind every detail, turning the temple from just a beautiful structure into a living piece of history. In the afternoon, we headed to Kyoto, and the magic only continued. From the vibrant vermillion gates of Fushimi Inari Taisha, to the serene elegance of the Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku-ji), every moment felt like a scene from a dream. Ben timed each visit perfectly to avoid crowds and give us space to take in the beauty. He shared the significance behind rituals, architecture, and even the layout of the gardens in a way that was both informative and easy to appreciate. What really stood out was Ben’s passion—not just for the places, but for sharing their stories. You could tell he genuinely loved what he does, and that energy made all the difference. By the end of the day, we felt like we’d experienced far more than a day trip—we felt connected to the spirit and beauty of Japan. This was hands down one of the highlights of our travels, and we left feeling inspired, grateful, and already dreaming of a return. Thank you, Ben, for an extraordinary day. Best way to appreciate Nara & Kyoto! - We had an amazing time with Yujiro (Ben). He knew everything about the places we visited and also was fun to talk to regarding sports and pop culture. Since it’s private, we had the whole van to our selves and made the trip easy and relaxing. No time was wasted. Book now! You won’t regret it!

Yujiro is awesome! - Our tour guide yujiro made this probably the best tour I’ve ever been on. He was very knowledgeable about the locations and also was very personable and treated us like friends more than just customers. He adjusted the tour to be more fitting to our desires of what we wanted to see. Incredible guy, 100% recommend

Great Great Great!!! - Such a great day out. We visited so many places that we would have found difficult to navigate without a tour guide and two kids in tow. Ben was so friendly and really took the time for us to absorb the culture. He went above and beyond.

Fun tour of Nara and Kyoto with Christine - Christine was a great guide for our day traveling from Osaka to Kyoto and Nara. Our group of 4 adults and 2 children traveled in a really comfortable van and Christine briefed us on each place before we visited. She said she visits the sights pretty much every day as a guide so she knew exactly what to do/where to go to make the most of our time. There is no way we could have seen all of the sights on our own without Christine. We had a great time! The deer and temple in Nara were a highlight, but we loved it all.

Wonderful tour - We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to show us around Osaka and Kyoto with Yujiro (Ben). He was very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was great to have a local to pass along so many interesting pieces of information. We were taken care of with umbrellas, water, and snacks. The vehicle was spacious and comfortable. The highlights were seeing the deer in Nara and walking around Gion. The lunch at a local restaurant was really fun too. It felt like we were with a friend and this was enjoyable. We will want another tour someday when we are in the area. I highly recommend Yujiro (Ben)!! Thank you!!

Nice but we wanted more - The company is punctual and communicative. The tour guide and driver were nice. Coming from the US our expectation of a tour guide is one that is highly engaging and has many stories, tips and facts to share about the locations we visit and along the way during the long drives (3 hours). While we visited many nice spots and had an easy time with transportation and admittance we wanted more information. The driver also fell asleep on the long drives which I never had from a guide before. If you wish to have an easy experience with nice people this is a good tour, if you have a thirst or history and knowledge you may not get this.
