An Informative Ride Through Naples with Charlie Rick! - I had an amazing experience on the Naples Trolley Tour, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! My guide, Charlie Rick, was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of interesting facts about the history and culture of Naples. Throughout the tour, Charlie shared stories about the city’s landmarks, local traditions, and even some fun trivia I didn’t expect. It was a great way to learn more about this beautiful city while relaxing and enjoying the sights. The trolley was comfortable, and the pace was just right, making it easy to take everything in. I left the tour feeling like I had a deeper understanding of Naples and its charm. A must-do activity!

Honk Honk goes the trolly bus - The tour was good, our bus driver made the trip fun by singing and putting out little comments now and then. I would like to know where all these people get their millions to buy multi million dollar houses. It was nice to see all the beaches, shopping areas for the rich, multi million dollar houses, billion dollar condominiums, and historical sites. I would recommend them tour. However, it’s not really a hop on hop off tour unless you push the button and ask the driver to stop, otherwise it’s a continuous two hour tour.

Put this tour on the top of your Naples List - Great tour of Naples. Learned a lot on the history of the town and Steve also added additional information to the audio recording. The temperature on the bus was comfortable and you could hear the audio clearly. Steve kept us on schedule.

Highly recommended!! - It was a lovely and convenient experience, made better by our trolley driver and tour guide Steve. He was quite knowledgeable and help us plan our 'hop-on and hop-off' to maximize our day.

Good way to see Naples - This was a great guided tour to get an overview of Naples. Our guide was Steve and he was very informative and gave a lot of good tips on the area. He knew a great deal of history about the area and that was very interesting to me. I would highly recommend.

Glad we did the hop and go - We bought tickets to the hop and go.
We did have some issues redeeming our voucher for the actual trolley tickets so just an fyi if you’re purchasing them online.
If you’re visiting Naples or the surrounding area for the first time, this is an excellent way to get acclimated with the shopping district, places to eat, enjoy the beautiful scenery and homes, as well as the general history of Naples while making your way around in the trolley. 14 stops overall in various locations to get off or on to shop, eat or explore.
Our driver was very friendly and we definitely learned a lot of fascinating tidbits of Naples as well as well as where some well known individuals reside or used reside in the area.

16 Friends Take a Trolley Ride - 16 friends from our development in Naples decided to take a trolley ride. Steve was our driver and he did a great job telling us the history and interesting stories about Naples. We would recommend grabbing a group of friends and taking the hop on hop off trolley for a nice day out.

Fun and interesting - We visit Naples annually and stay near downtown. We pass by Naples Trolley Tours when walking toTin City from our hotel. We decided to take the trolley tour and it was a nice activity for a rainy day. Purchasing our tickets with Chris was efficient and pleasant. He even offered us some great, available discounts which we very much appreciated! Our guide Steve was great. Energetic, informative, and a lot of fun! We saw places we didn’t know existed and the history of the area was very interesting. We opted to stay on the trolly for the entire time even though you can hop on/hop off. It was very clean and air-conditioned and Steve was a very attentive and great driver. We will definitely do it again and hopefully have better weather so we can get out and spend some time at a few of the shopping and dining locations.

Would not recommend - We usually enjoy taking hop-on hop-off tours in most cities we visit, and we had similar expectations for this one, even though it was run by a different company. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The recordings over the speaker were clear, which was a positive. However, despite being advertised as a hop-on hop-off tour, the bus didn’t actually make stops. If you wanted to get off, you had to flag down the driver, which was inconvenient. I was also hopping the driver would highlight places to eat or places that were of interest that were worthwhile at stops. Naples may not have been as engaging as other cities, but overall, I found the tour rather dull. It didn’t feel like a worthwhile use of our vacation day.

They need to rename this tour - Surprised at the high reviews. Driver and person helping with tickets were super friendly, but this is a tour with a tour guide. Someone drives the trolley (our driver wasn't even from Naples), while a recording plays along the route. It went really fast and goes to a bunch of hotels, etc. Made me wonder if the places on the tour pay a fee? Would not recommend if looking to learn about Naples history, etc.
