It was my second time I’ve used Big Mama’s for bike rental when I’ve been in Naples. The bike I used was a solid and quality bike for the cost of my weekly rental. What’s even better is the service not only I received, but the friend I was visiting had an issue with his bike when we stopped by mid week to check our tire air pressure. The guys working the shop provided immediate service to my friends bike, made some adjustments, and sent us in our way. The personal service we received was outstanding. Too bad the highest level on this survey is “Very Satisfied”, because Mama’s staff surpassed with Totally amazing service! Thank you!, and you’ll see my business every time I’m visiting Naples.
