This excursion takes travelers 90 km northwest of Nairobi to the base of the Great Rift Valley. The park offers a diverse array of wildlife, unique plant life, and numerous bird species. It is one of only two parks in Kenya where visitors can enjoy climbing, walking, and biking. Wildlife sightings may include Bushbucks, Dik Diks, Gazelles, Gnus, Hartebeests, Impalas, Klipspringers, Buffaloes, Hyraxes, Zebras, Hyenas, Jackals, Mongooses, Baboons, Monkeys, and Porcupines, among others. The entrance fee for Hell’s Gate National Park is USD 27, payable via Visa or credit card through E-citizen. If opting for a boat ride, the cost is USD 25 per person.
- The method of payment for the Lake Naivasha boat ride is by cash ($25).
- The method of payment in Hell’s Gate is through online, by card, using an E-citizen account.

Nice - It was amazing! Very well organised and nice guides! Didn’t see the sunset bc then I guess you have to leave from Nairobi during the night. But still beautiful‘

Best trip to Hell’s Gate National Park! - We had a fantastic trip! The driver was safe and professional and everything was well organized and on time. The vehicle was spotless, new and they even provided water. We also appreciated our guide who biked with us through the national park where we saw animals and went down to the canyon. We had lunch and took a boat trip on Naivasha lake and saw hippos. I would strongly recommend you book with this company, they also offer a range of other services, like transport to different national parks and are flexible to your budget. They are trustworthy and do not try to price gouge you as a tourist. Contact them for your next trip to Kenya!

pretty pretty good - It was a great tour! The hells gate national parc was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like is when they drag you to shops where they want you to buy stuff…

Paradise Gate - The scenery is beautiful, a unique experience that I recommend to all visitors, we leave with wonderful memories of an incredible place. The guide was super nice like all Kenyans ❤️❤️❤️

Best time at a day trip ever with my Wife - Views were perfect, David our guide was amazing and so friendly. Nice weather and history. Phenomenal photo ops. The pickup drivers from the place to dropping back off were so friendly and kind as well. The staff were all so friendly and supportive. They also have a climbing opportunity which I did and was phenomenal and was safe during my time from beginning to end.

Definitely recommend! Active unique experience - I had a fantastic time during this day trip. I loved the cycle through the stunning Hell's Gate, being able to spot many zebras, antelopes, giraffes, wildebeests, pumbas, etc. Afterwards, you get to enjoy seeing the gorge which was carved out by lava when the volcano erupted in 1863. Stunning gorge and amazing experience to feel the boiling hot water run down the walls of the gorge. Very unique trip! End the day trip with a nice boat ride on the stunning Lake Naivasha which is great to spot many big and small birds alike and hippos. All in all I had a great day. I went solo but the driver and guides Patrick, Victor and David were great and made sure I had a nice time. 27 USD entry for the Hells Gate NP can be paid by card, the boat ride 25 USD needs to be paid in cash. For lunch we were taken to a local restaurant with a small buffet, I thought it was a little bit overpriced (12 USD) but the food was good. Would definitely recommend. Easy day out from Nairobi.

Amazing experience - Unforgettable day. We were picked up punctually from our accommodation and in about two hours we arrived at Hell's Gate, first making a stop to admire the rift valley. Our guide in the park was exceptional, he explained and told us many things while we were cycling, and we saw many animals up close:
Zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and we were lucky enough to see the Buffaloes, but they're not very friendly. We walked through a canyon carved by water, where in some places the water came out boiling from the rock, due to the volcanic heat. In the afternoon, after lunch we went to Naivasha, took a boat and toured the lake and also saw them numerous animals, including hippos and pelicans. Hike absolutely to do, it will be unforgettable!

Good place to be - Daytime visit a unique location a very nice gorge with a unique active volcano. Different places and scenes. Olkaria geothermal was super as well.
