You will arrive around midday at Amboseli National Park, where you will have lunch and a short rest. Later, you will explore the Amboseli plains with an evening…
Day 1. Nairobi - Amboseli
Our tour/activity begins with our driver picking you up from your hotel at 7:00 am to head to Amboseli National Park, a journey of 3 to 4 hours (215 km) from Nairobi. You will arrive around midday at Amboseli National Park, where you will have lunch and a short rest. Later, you will explore the Amboseli plains with an evening game drive at 1600 hrs. Dinner and overnight stay at Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 2. Amboseli - Nairobi
You will wake up for an early morning game drive, the best time to see Mt. Kilimanjaro as the morning light reveals the mountain in a dark hue of purple and its snow in ethereal pink. Wildlife is also best seen in the morning. Later, return to the lodge for breakfast and pack to head back to Nairobi. You may visit the Olpopongi Maasai Cultural Village and Museum to enjoy Maasai culture and dance, which is optional, before heading back to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, visit the Kazuri Beads Factory and then head to your hotel full of memories.
