Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Depart at 06:00 from Nairobi and head north into the fertile central highlands. You will pass roadside stalls selling fresh fruit and vegetables as well as some of Kenya’s largest pineapple plantations and orchards.

Around 09:30 you will arrive at the entrance of Ol Pejeta Conservancy. During your game drive, you will have the opportunity to view the big five, as well as Kenya’s usual plains animals.
There is also a chimpanzee sanctuary where these primates have been rescued from all over the world and brought here to be rehabilitated.
You might also have the change the visit a tame rhino and informative conservation centre which has lots of interesting things of interest. For lunch, enjoy a picnic at the marshland which is a favourite haunt for elephant and waterbuck.
At around 15:30 hours will depart from Ol Pejeta, arriving in Nairobi around 19:00 hours.

The Big 5 (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino - black, southern white, and northern white), in addition to the cheetah and wild dog, call the Ol Pejeta Conservancy their habitat. The 283-hectare Endangered Species Enclosure houses the endangered Grévy’s zebra and Jackson’s hartebeest, along with the last of the northern white rhinos. Birdwatchers have the chance to spot nearly 300 different bird species. Unique to this safari locale, you may also encounter the conservancy’s herds of Boran cattle.
