A great experience! - I knew I wouldn’t get an open land cruiser for that price so I was pleasantly surprised by our 4WD tour bus. Also I was afraid that I might get an ex-matatu driver as a driver guide and luckily we didn’t. We got Jonathon who was a skilled and considerate driver. Even when we saw a red-number plated land cruiser driving without due care and consideration of the wildlife he stopped them and cooly and calmly pointed out what they did wrong. He even got an apology from the shame- faced driver! Jonathon’s task was made even harder by the unseasonable rain and the ensuing cold, wet guest! Yes it was a budget safari but we weren’t herded like sheep, we were consulted all the way and our driver delivered us safe and happy back to our homes. Thank you Jonathan for showing me how to have a great experience on a modest budget!

Nairobi national park - Everything went as planned except the baby elephant park which the organizers couldn’t get tickets for us. The tour guide was very good and well educated.

Great trip - Great trip, seen 4 of the big 5 at the national park, and had a great experience feeding the giraffes. The visit to the bead factory was a great insight to the skilled work of the women of Kenya.

Definitely a must do! - The tour was excellent and our guide was really friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend seeing all 3 of these amazing places! We saw many animals in the national park! Now for the negatives, the tour operator Viator contracted with was an hour late to pick us up which caused a lot of stress, but after an intervention, all was worked out and the rest of the tour was fabulous.

Not just this tour, i recommend any with this company - 100% recommend this company for both this tour and any other, including any private and personalized ones (like we did after having a great experience with them, deciding to set up a trip to lake naivasha). Everyone we interacted with from the scheduling side to the tours has been super nice + helpful + flexible, plus the tours themselves have been amazing, and on top of it all their prices are as good or better than anyone else's. Big shout out to Kelvin (guide) and Dennis (driver) who are great at what they do and also just great guys to talk to

Great Safari Experience - Charles did everything possible to get us to the best views of all the animals. Would have gone the next day again if I could have!

A DREAM COME TRUE - We had a couple of days to see Nairobi, we booked this tour for a group of 6, and we had SO MUCH FUN! Our driver/guide Charles was amazing! Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and we saw so many animals!!! I loved every minute of it! I almost did the same exact tour the next day, but I really wanted to visit the Maasai people. Another friend booked this tour and he loved it too! From the beginning of the booking process to the end of the tour, this was one unforgettable experience. I can't wait to come back to Kenya and do it again!

- The tour guide was super kind and could answer almost all questions. All packaged well together. Only thing I’d change is more time at giraffe center. You’ll spend more time at a bead factory than the giraffe center.

It was good, bad, and... - It was good, bad, and fun. So many different feelings about this experience. First it was the change of my pick up time. I was told 0530 and then at the last minute was informed of a 0610 pick up and to purchase the park entrance ticket. I think the tour company should have customers buy the park tickets immediately after purchasing the tour. The park website didn’t work for me. Even my hotel staff tried to help me. When I got on the bus it was full. I sat in the back and didn’t have leg room. So uncomfortable seating the entire tour. Then we picked up one other person. She was awful to sit next to. She put all her belongings all over the middle empty seat, all over me, and she smelled horrible. So you can imagine this is bad in the back of a very hot jeep. The bus driver was inquiring about our tickets to the park. I was put on blast in front of everybody and that was super embarrassing. We were rushing through the park a lot and at one point went over some bump and I flew up from my seat into the roof. My head still hurts from that and it was two days ago. Lots of great animal sightings! And visiting the elephant sanctuary was awesome. The beading workshop was nice. I purchased two necklaces. Horrible restaurant choice. Food was bad. I LOVED feeding the giraffes. Ultimately, the experience was nice but the guide and driver need to do better with time management, and privacy for their customers particularly around money.
