A fun way to spend an afternoon in Nairobi - What a great way to see Nairobi when you’re short on time. I was so fortunate to have Tim as my tour guide. I let him know the sights I’d like to explore and he also picked some shopping venues I would never have known about. At the last souvenir stop, there was a little cafe connected to it. Tim recommended a couple of local dishes he thought I’d enjoy. He was right. The food was terrific and was made fresh when I ordered it. What a treat! I highly recommend Tim.

Amazing crafts shops and market - This was our last day before we left and I wish we had done it in the middle. We were short on time so we specifically asked Obed to take us to the 3 locations we had not already been to and he was so accommodating and understanding. We did not go to the Kuzuri beads and the city tour because we had already been to Kobe beads and did the city tour the first day so we went to the 2 craft shops and the Masai market. These were really really good! I recommend doing these early in the schedule. The Massi market is especially great!! You certainly need lots of time there 😄😄. The men’s craft shop had sooooo many great things!

Best Historical Tpur - Really great tour to get a history lesson of Nairobi and also learn about the modern city. I loved the bead factory. It was fascinating speaking with the women of Nairobi. At the end you visit the convention center where you get a 360 rooftop view of the entire city. Might I add my driver was so knowledgeable. We had great conversation and I leaned so much.

Informative and cultural eye opening - Tim was an excellent tour guide! He knew all the best spots and we learned a lot from him about Nairobi and Kenya history. When booking this tour, ask for Tim! We felt safe with him while walking around the city as well.

Relaxing Half Day Tour - We were looking for something to fill our last day in Kenya as our flight home wasn’t until late evening. We arrived from Masai Mara and Obed picked us up from Wilson Airport. First, he took us to a really good local restaurant with excellent Kenyan food. Then we went to a few shopping locations as well as learning about jewelry making and wood carving. It was really neat to see the whole process from start to finish. Our final stop was the top of the conference center for some spectacular views of Nairobi. Obed the brought us to the Jomo Kenyatta Airport in time for our flight home. Obed was very knowledgeable about the city and we really enjoyed spending the day with him.

Introduction to Nairobi - Not as much historical presentation as I had hoped. Our guide was great, very kind and informative but you had to ask the questions. Driving in Nairobi is very tricky so definitely we would not have been able to do it yourself. Shopping was also better than the local stores in town.
