Amazing Safari & Right on Time! - Loved every moment of this trip👍🏽 They showed up exactly when they said they would plus they accepted our last minute booking, which I really appreciated. The guides were friendly, and knew so much about the animals and the area. We saw everything I’d hoped for and more ,such a beautiful experience!

Great experience - Great day out with the family! The guides were professional and friendly, and the kids had an amazing time at Nairobi National Park, the Elephant Orphanage, and the Giraffe Centre. Just a note for future visitors: the $500 booking only covered transportation, and entry fees for each attraction had to be paid separately (cash for some, online for others). It ended up costing more than expected, but the experiences were unforgettable and totally worth it for the memories we made.

Great experience - Everything was excellent. The driver, Jonathan, was great at finding good spots for us to take photographs of all the different animals.
Harrison, our tour guide, had a vast knowledge about the animals and explained a lot about all the animals.

Nairobi National Park EN famille - Great experience for young and old. Almost all of us have seen as animals. The duration of the safari was perfect.

Phenomenal experience for all!! - We had an amazing day as 8 adults! Esbon was a phenomenal guide who accommodated for my elderly grandmother and made sure we got to see all the animals with the best views/angles! He gave us lots of knowledge and told us the swahili words for the animals we were seeing. At the bead factory Yunis was amazing and we had so much fun learning about the organisation! We even had a little dance and song! It was an amazingly well prepared tour with travel and hotel pick up included and we were well looked after! This was the highlight of my stay in Nairobi and I have fulfilled a lifelong dream thanks to this tour! Thank you very much! Would highly recommend!

Nairobi National Park - We took a tour to the Nairobi National Park, Shieldrick and The Giraffe Centre. Our tour guide Jonnathan was very informative and very helpful to us. He would explain to us about the anything that we want to know related to our tour. My family and I are very happy during tour.

Great Experience Overall, but Communication Could Improve - The company could definitely improve in terms of communication and responsiveness to client inquiries — timely updates and availability would have made the planning smoother.
That said, the trip itself was excellent! I really enjoyed the game drive in Nairobi National Park, as well as the visits to the elephant orphanage and giraffe center. The beads factory was a highlight — such a unique place! I highly recommend picking up some beads while you’re there.
The lunch stop was also quite good, and our guide was fantastic — knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall, a great day out despite a few hiccups in communication.

Excellent Experience. Will Have to Pay More For Tickets When On Trip - Was amazing experience. They picked me up on time at my hotel and made sure they did their best so we saw as many animals as possible. They heard there was a lion spotted so they rushed over to make sure we saw it, which we did! The giraffe center was amazing and so was elephant orphanage. The lunch was $12 USD. I had to buy ticket to Nairobi park, giraffe center and elephant orphanage, so I had to pay about $70 USD for this. So these fees were additional to the TripAdvisor tour guide fee I paid. Experience was definitely worth it.

Jam packed but so worth it - A fantastic day. Kevin was super informative and ready to answer any questions. We got to see all the animals in the National Park which was truly amazing. The elephant orphanage and giraffe sanctuary were an amazing experience and the bead factory was a lovely end to the day. It is a long day but I couldn’t recommend more. Just a heads up that you will need shillings or dollars for the elephant orphanage.

Enjoyable but hectic excursion. - A jam packed tour that covered the advertised experiences. Very touristy but fun.
The National park was hectic with cars jostling for position and animals being hounded. This goes against the park rules which are clearly not enforced. No one adheres to the rules. Luckily the animals were not to bothered and clearly used to it.
The giraffe sanctury was very busy, but we were there on a Saturday.
The elephants were beautiful.
