Informative intro to the city - Despite a short delay due to late cars, our guide, Moses, was patient and helped my driver to the correct meeting point. The tour was full of engaging information about the nation, the city, the sites, and the people. Traversing the city business district is a bit dizzying but thankfully with Moses' guidance and conversation, it was managed well. A good and proper introduction to Nairobi!

Great historical tour of Nairobi - Had a great historical tour with Moses. He is very knowledgeable, pointed out many interesting things without urgency. And it seems he likes lots of questions :). He is also very kind and gave us a ride back to our respective accommodations because no Ubers were available due to today's strike.

Informative and relaxed introduction to Nairobi and Kenya - As many of the other reviews have mentioned, Tim was an excellent guide. He had the perfect mix of historical context, current events, and facts vs. personal insight such that we felt like we were getting a complete introduction to Nairobi and Kenya overall. Tim has an easy-going demeanor and clear speaking style that works really well over the course of the tour. His flexibility allowed us to prioritize some parts over others while never feeling any pressure to do anything we weren’t as interested in. We never felt rushed but also felt like he kept us going at a good pace to see much more of the central districts of Nairobi than we expected. We would very much recommend this tour especially with Tim at the helm.

Our guide Moses was great! - Our guide Moses was amazing. Initially, we couldn't find him at the meeting place so he came right to our hotel to pick us up. He did a fantastic job with explaining the history and culture of the area. He was so informative and super friendly. I would highly recommend a tour with him.

Great experience - This was a great experience for me and my family. Tim our tour guide knowledge about the history of the city and Kenya was very impressive. When we started our tour the weather was slightly chilly and the sky was overcast. By the time we finished the sun came out turning it into and idel day for a tour. We had a chance to walk through uptown, downtown, and the government district of Nairobi. Having a chance to learn about historical events and landmarks all while in the middle of the everyday grind of the city interacting with the local Nairobians. Never felt like we were in any danger during any part of the tour especially since a few days earlier there had been some political protesting. We had the chance to go to the city market and I'm going to be honest it can be overwhelming while trying to decide on a purchase, but nothing that would have me to advise anyone from going. Go to the market because there are some extraordinary hand made items worth seeing. Just have and idea of what you're looking for and know what you're willing to spend. The convention center was the highlight of the trip because of the history and the awesome views. We were approached about money, but the same thing happens to me in my hometown so I was not uncomfortable with the situation and continued to enjoy the experience.
