Ask for Kelvin for your guide - A knowledgeable guide is always the best thing to have in a new country. Kelvin is well versed in his country’s culture, history and politics. Good driver and very friendly. Sites were well thought out and went to a lovely outdoor restaurant. Saw snakes at the national museum and were tutored on Kenyan’s large poisonous snake population by Purity, an intern with the company. It was a good day.

Excellent and great value - The tour was wonderful. Denis picked us up promptly at 8am and maneuvered the comfortable car through the crazy Nairobi rush hour to arrive at our first stop, the National museum at opening. Two amazing docents walked us through the exhibits and then Denis fought the traffic to the Government Center where we went up to the top of the Kenyatta center for a 365degree view of the entire city. Once again our early start gave us the place to ourselves and Denis pointed out areas of interest and gave an interesting discussion of the history of Kenya. After a brief stop at a crafts shop he brought us to a good outdoor restaurant for lunch and then to Boma of Kenya for a terrific hour long show of African music and dance. He then maneuvered the insane rush hour traffic back to the hotel. It was a great tour with a terrific driver/guide.

Kelvin, our guide, made it excellent - While we love animals, we were more interested in the dynamic energy and people of this fascinating country. Our guide, Kelvin, was smart and deeply knowledgeable and able to impart information in a way that was unparalleled. We walked away feeling a little like we had gotten to know the history, people, and animals of kenya. Highly recommend !

Great guide for an excellent tour. - Our guide Dennis was wonderful! Dennis was prompt and waiting at our hotel st the scheduled time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He shared all sorts of cultural info including info about areas we drove past as we journeyed to each stop. Unexpectedly we made an additional stop to learn about local jewelry making at a shop and there was no pressure to purchase anything. The restaurant Dennis chose, Makutano Grill, was excellent. Overall the tour was excellent and Dennis accommodated minor adjustments such as when we wanted to spend a bit less time at one of our site visits. We recommend the tour and Dennis as a guide.

Overall a good tour but something was missing... - Overall this tour is very good and the program is well thought out. The reason why I am giving only 3 stars is because we were unable to visit the National Museum in Nairobi during my tour due to a nationwide booking system blackout. It is worth noting that this blackout was beyond the control of the tour provider but it still left a bad taste... Other than that, the tour was very smooth and nice and I can recommend it to anyone.
