After exploring the plantations, participants are led to the processing area where they witness the transformation of coffee cherries into green beans ready for roasting. This segment includes key processes such as pulping, fermenting, washing, and drying. Guides offer insights into how each step influences the final flavor profile of the coffee. Following the roasting demonstration, guests engage in a guided tasting session known as cupping. This experience allows them to sample various blends produced on-site while learning to identify different flavor notes and aromas in each cup.
