Scammer and fraudster - Bought a safari with Safarilinks through Getyourguide.com. The safari clearly stated that it was including accomodation. Day before departure Douglas from Safarilinks write me and ask for money for hotel. I send him a screen print from the booking clearly stating that it was included. Despite evidence he still denies it and demands more money. At the end I had to contact Getyourguide.com to get my money back - thay called it an accident. I call it a scam for one reason: No safari has ever been without accomodation - it is always included. What if 6 people go on safari and each book different hotels? Will the company drive all over the national park to drop off and pick up? No they will not! Accomodation is included in all safari's and Douglas and Safarilinks are scammers and fraudsters that will steal your money. And I see on other negative reviews here he has done the same to others.
