Maasai Mara National Reserve - Set off the safari from your hotel/residence in Nairobi at 7:30 am heading down to the great rift valley (quick stop here for a nice view of the escarpment). Another stop will be at Narok town where you can grab any personal valuables you might need are refueling of the vehicle. You will make it to Masai Mara in good time to have lunch at the camp while you relax from the lengthy drive. Following lunch you can indulge in the various activities available at the camp; including guided nature walk, Masai Village visit or a 2-hour game drive in the park to see all the Big Five Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant live in this wonderful game reserve.

NB: Due to limited time for a game drive on this day, it can be bypassed and extended on the last day to make it 4 - 5 hrs depending on your next destination

Masai Mara National game reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - After an early breakfast, you will head out for a full day game drive by 6:30 AM. The 1510 Km Sq park is home to the famous Big 5 (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, rhino), wildebeest, giraffe, hippo and outrageous crocodiles near the Mara river. If it is your lucky day you might even witness a kill. The abundant resident population of zebras, impalas, gazelles, ostrich, and topi attract numerous predators creating an exciting game viewing experience. Your picnic lunch will be done inside the park during the game drive itself. The full day game drive will come to a close in the evening by 6 PM, followed by a delicious dinner. Ensure you get some good night sleep and recharge yourself for the next day’s adventure.

Masai Mara-Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park - Finishing up with a good breakfast, you will head out for another short game drive in Masai Mara. Then leave Masai Mara and proceed to Narok town where you will have lunch. The drive from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru is about 6 hr drive, Arriving at the accommodation in Lake Nakuru for dinner and an essential rest.

Lake Nakuru National park-Lake Naivasha Hell’s Gate National Park

Hell’s Gate National Park - After an early breakfast spend the morning in Nakuru park where you have a chance to see flamingos among other birds[about 350 species recorded]. This is also home to the black and the white rhinoceros. The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as the Rhino and also home to Columbus monkeys. Leopards, giraffes, and a variety of plain antelope. Your packed lunch shall be served in the park as you continue with your game drives. Depart for Lake Naivasha for dinner and overnight.

Lake Naivasha-Nairobi

Nairobi - After an early breakfast you can visit Hells gate National park where you will have a chance to visit the Geothermal Power Plant in Ol Karia and the Hot Springs. This is the only park that allows transport by walking and cycling and also a boat ride. This activity is optional and at extra cost. Based on your decision you will head back to Nairobi after lunch and be drop to the airport or the hotel in Nairobi town center.
