Unforgettable experience - The experience was amazing. Our Guide (Robert) explained everything we saw and cleared all doubts. Always helpful during the adventure. The accommodation also exceeded expectations, had hot water, large beds, good food and a night fire with members of the masaai tribe.

Great tour! - Jeremy from jockey tours was amazing! He is from the Mara tribe and was really passionate about the animals. He really knew the area and the park and even found a way to get us to see the great migration crossing the river!

3 day Masai Mara adventure - Incredible experience that I don't think anyone would not absolutely enjoy. The accomodation was clean with comfy beds and hot showers making it hard to get up in the morning. There wasn't much waiting around though the tour always doing something and seeing the animals that came to see. Our guide Leroy was friendly and very knowledgeable of all questions asked of him. Tour communication was good when booking and picking up/dropping off. would recommended

Amazing tour thanks to our Guide Stanley - Our guide Stanley was exceptional. I felt incredibly lucky to have him. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the Maasai, and made everyone in the group comfortable throughout the three-day tour. His expertise on animals and impressive driving skills, along with his instinct for positioning near wildlife, truly enhanced our experience. Having Stanley with us made the tour amazing.

Excellent Masai Mara experience - We had great Safari experience will definitely visit Masai Mara again with the help of Jack Tours. Our tour guide Leroy Mukami was well experienced with excellent communication and driving skills and very helpful. He navigated through the park roads and ensured we had a lifetime experience seeing all nature has to offer. Plenty and a wide variety of wild animals. Our infant son couldn’t have enough of it as well. We reccomend him for any Mara or other planned visits in Kenya

Peter our Guide was Amazing - The review is 100% related to our guide Peter. He was fantastic in all aspects of the trip from leaving Nairobi to finding the animals (not following the herd) etc. If it wasn't for Peter I would not have been satisfied. At the end of the day, its the Safari, lodging and food that I paid for so I'm writing this because the rest of the tour is out of Peter's control. Emayian Luxury Camp was fantastic food, massage and lodging. Peter was fantastic, as mentioned he was a guide on the phone and the radio constantly working to find animals, Leopards, Lions, Cheetahs and Elephants all come to mind. He found many on his own. In many cases we will first on the site then came the other vehicles. First day, Peter did everything he could to get to the park for a 4:00pm drive. He found the lions and we were the 2nd to last vehicle out of the park because his #1 Priority was US. Now some suggestions for the Tour Company: Make people pay 100% of the safari upfront when they book not 1/2 Pick people up at their hotels/airbnb and head out to Masai Mara from there. The chaos that occurs by picking people up late from hotels/airbnbs then driving them to the Office to then pay causes hours of delays and less time on the afternoon game drive. All guests in each vehicle should stay at the same lodge to ensure pickup is efficient.
