Utmost satisfaction, great walk & experience! - After ordering the tour Daniel from local NGO, Okolea Mtaa Foundation, proactively confirmed in WhatsApp the booking. We have met the next day as agreed and proceeded to have very informative and interesting walk through Kibera itself. I have really enjoyed discussion on social situation, how the Kibera infrastructure works and its history. Daniel has been very attentive host and I have felt very safe throughout entire time. It was obvious that Daniel is well known and respected local community figure, greeted by a number of inhabitants. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour. Last note, in context of slum, I was impressed by organization of community, resulting in low crime, provision of water, electricity, sanitation, even the urban gardens with small but meaningful local contribution to food supply.
