Best Day Of My Life - Kelvin was our tour guide for the day and what an absolute legend. We started off heading to the giraffe centre were we fired question after question to him about Kenya and the wildlife, with him giving us details about everything. The Giraffe Centre entry process was streamlined thanks to Kelvin. Seeing and learning about the giraffes was such a treat and could've spent hours with these majestic gaints. Next stop was the Elephant Sanctuary. Kelvin made sure we got there on time to guarantee us a spot right on the front row and it did not disappoint! It was truly a once in a lifetime experience to see these curious babies and hear all their stories about how they ended up in care. We than continued onto the Kobe Tough Bead and Leather to learn about the process of beading and how this organization has helped many women in need. We proceed to ending the day with lunch and great company. To say we learnt and experienced the true Kenyan hospitality is truly an understatement. Asante sane Kelvin

Sacred Shrine of Elephants - The sanctuary is a separate experience. The rescued elephant puppies are fed with milk mammals, and you manage to pass hands on them and at the end of the show still love one to help with conservation.

Nairobi in a day - We had an amazing day in Nairobi! Kelvin was a great tour guide. He helped us register for the National Pass on our phone before heading out, provided interesting information and prepared us well for the Giraffe Centre and the Elephant orphanage experience. Both visits were absolutely amazing, where we could experience the animals up close and personal, gain an education on the great work the teams are doing and truly appreciate the beauty of these amazing animals. After visiting the two centres, we stayed in the park for one last game drive. We saw a few new animals - namely a serval cat and a white rhino. It was amazing to be on a game drive and see the city skyline all at the same time. Thank you Rustic Nature Tours and Kelvin - especially since we made our reservation the day before!

Captured it all and more… - Amazing time at both locations for my family. Kelvin was extremely knowledgeable about the animals. He was able to get us there on time and positioned well at the locations to touch both the elephants and the giraffes and capture great photos. We also added the National Park and his expertise in driving, locating the animals and finding the perfect spot for pictures really stood out. We did everything we wanted to do on this tour while adding a third option in 7 hours, and then was gracious enough to drop us off at the airport.

A Must When in Nairobi - My husband and I decided to take this tour as a last minute addition for our one day stay in Nairobi and we do not regret it. We were picked up from our hotel (which was convenient) and taken to the Giraffe Center where we not only fed these amazing animals, but learned about the conservation effort it took to raise their numbers from 130 to 1000. We were then taken to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust where we saw a baby rhino and many baby elephants who will someday be sent into the wild when ready. These two experiences have been on my bucket list for years and we were taken to the best spots so we could experience both in the best way possible. I have to mention that the tour company was easily contactable when we needed help filling in an online form to visit the Nairobi National Park. Great communication is a must for a good tour company, and our host, who was very knowledgeable in all things animals, made the entire day go fast. We enjoyed ourselves and we are sure that anyone who wants to try out this tour, will enjoy themselves as well.

Another outstanding animal/culture day for my family - During our previous safari, we hit all of the big 5, except for a rhino. The great news is that my daughters got to see a baby rhino before we left by visiting the elephant orphanage with Meshack. Meshack was such a gracious host, he took us to the giraffe center, elephant orphanage, a wonderful stop for lunch, and an amazing cultural experience at the bead factory. Do not miss this tour if you have young children. What a wonderful way to end our vacation in Kenya.

Amazing experience, fantastic operator. - Wife and I had an amazing time, Kelvin was super informative, friendly, and had great energy! He got us everywhere we needed to go on time and ahead of the crowds. This a great option for anyone with limited time in/around Nairobi with a safe and comfortable tour personalized for your needs. There were some issues with the E-citizen platform when we tried pay for the park fee but Kelvin was there to help us solve any issues. We can't wait to come back to Kenya and check out the other 'Rustic Nature Tours' available!

Fun experience while onto ur, stressful ticket experience beware!beware! - Everything went smoothly. Our guide was very helpful. However paying for the park fee was a disaster. I was told that my credit card didn’t go through. We paid our guide in dollar so he could pay in shillings. However my bank said they approved the transactions three times. Now I have to file a claim for the three charges. How long this will take is any body guess. A clear instruction on how to go about paying the park fees is a must!!! Better still include the park fee on viator charges and let the tour operator obtain the tickets for the park.
