What an amazing experience!! - First, I want to thank my driver and guide Mr. Titus, he was very friendly and generous. About the tour, fist stop is the giraffe center. since we arrived there at 9 AM. I was the only person in the center before it got crowded, which is very important because I was able to take great photos and feed the animals. The second stop is the elephant orphanage. I literally hugged a baby elephant. You may consider going to the back side of the area which is now very crowded and spacious. Before going to bomas, Mr. Titus took me 2 different local souvenir shops and told many stories about Nairobi. Last stop is the Bomas which is like a theatre where you can enjoy different types of local dans shows from all around Kenya performed by professional dancers with colorful costumes. Overall, the experience is great. I was picked up at 7.30 AM and dropped off to the hotel around 18PM so it takes full day. Only 45 USD is not included in the tour which is the entrance fee for the national park. Other tours are requesting entrance fees for the giraffe center and etc. but this company does not charge you for any extra fee. Totally recommended to all!

Great tour. Phenomenal tour guide. One thing I would change. - It was just me and the tour guide this day. My tour guide Stephen was phenomenal. He slowed down for photos, assisted me with getting my ticket to the park, and took pictures and videos for me since I was alone. I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. One thing I would like to mention that I think should be changed somehow. The price to the park is an additional fee that is mandatory because you are driving through it to get to where you’re going. If they could provide instructions on how to pay it or a link beforehand would be beneficial because the park doesn’t accept cash. Creating the account was a hassle due to the passport photo that kept zooming in on the picture and they didn’t accept certain cards. Because I wasn’t provided a link beforehand it just caused additional unnecessary stress, but thanks to Stephen it all got taken care of. Something to adjust for future tourists. Otherwise, I had an amazing day! Would highly recommend.

Book it without hesitation - This was a great way to discover Nairobi and its people . Stephen our guide was very helpful and sharing a lot of information throughout the day . Morning revolves around the animals , starting with the giraffe center at the opening where we got to hand feed giraffes , followed by the elephant and rhino rescue center where we got to experience the dedication put by the guardians . We stopped for lunch at the Utamaduni craft centre with plenty of local craft products to bring back home . We then visited the Kobe Tough beads and leather factory which was heartwarming seeing how the local women community has built a structure to integrate and produce fabulous handmade products. The Bomas of Kenya was our last stop and I would strongly advise you visit on a school week day as the reactions of the pupils who even joined the dancers on stage was for me almost as good as the show . I would definitely recommend this activity particularly if you have a limited time in Nairobi and want to experience some authenticity.

Wasn’t able to re arrange - Due to our flight from Heathrow being cancelled. We were not able to get a flight for 2 days, which ment we would not arrive in time for this trip. I did message them and ask if we could re arrange but I I just got no it’s a no show and no refund then no further replies. This was booked for my 50th birthday and was disappointed in their response.
