An incredible experience! I would again! - An incredible experience to be able to see animals free, loose in their natural habitat interacting with little human intervention! It was my first safari and they were amazing in service, punctuality and Service!

Exciting Experience at Nairobi National Park - I had an exciting time at the Nairobi National Park with Linus expertly navigating through the different areas in the park. The tour guide was fully committed to ensuring we saw a lion before leaving the park, and we finally saw a lioness staking for a hunt. Overall, the experience was worth it.

Amazing wildlife - Daniel was an amazing host he was running late due to unforeseen circumstances but he made sure he communicated the entire time. Just before we were due to leave the national park Daniel spotted a lion on the main ride; he turned the car around so we could capture the lion. We saw so much wildlife and because he made sure we to drive us to all the spots. Our daughter who is 3 years old thoroughly enjoyed the experience

Do it! - This was a wonderful way to spend the afternoon in Nairobi!
I arrived late the prior night and didn’t want to get up to early, but also didn’t want to waste the day away!
This was PERFECT! Max was an excellent driver and guide and we saw so many animals! Everyone says the game drives in the morning are better but I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything! Plus the sunset was gorgeous! I was traveling solo and the group was still great!
Don’t hesitate to book! The 4x4 open jeep option is so worth it!

Great experience - We had a really nice experience and Linus did his best to find as many animals as possible. He was a great tour guide. Wellington Ecotours kept us updated on WhatsApp before the trip, everything was well organized, I would recommend them!

Just ok..... - On the good side, we did see lots of animals and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The Big Five promise is totally misleading however, there are no elephants in this park! The guides basically share information with each other so you race from site to site when someone spots an animal. Be very careful about which vehicles they use. We assumed it would be one of the nice vehicles that you see in all the photos but this company uses essentially glorified mini vans with the top cut off. The inside views are very limited due to the smaller (and tinted) windows and cramped seating. The passengers had to manually raise the top and lower it at each stop! Had I known this vehicle information, I would have chosen another company. In addition, our vehicle broke down and overheated just after 2 hours and limped around the entire rest of the tour, not seeing many animals. (no refunds or discounts were offered). We were also given an Uber type ride home. Our driver avoided the nice express highway and took us on some dark route jammed with commercial trucks that took over an hour and a half to get us home! (should have been 15 minutes!) Overall, certainly not the experience we were looking for and I'd choose another company next time.

Not worth it for the price tag - The game drive itself was OK but for the price we paid the experience felt incomplete. The included stuff was missing. No bottled water, no wifi, no beads factory visit and the beads factory could not be done because we were picked up late. The guide was friendly but barely explained things. Wouldn't recommend this tour.

Not happy! Please correct the error and issue refund of overpayment. - The tour driver sat at side our hotel never calling us that he’d arrived. We were promised water but no water was ever provided. Your correspondent stated we’d pay entrance fees for American $43 eac and for Nigerian $25. However my card was charged $160 for the entrance fees.

This tour did not deliver what they advertise with time in park advertised for 4 hr game drive cut to 2.5 hrs, - This tour did not meet expectations or deliver what was advertised. The pick up was 45 mins late, the company did keep us informed as traffic was bad. Traffic is always bad in Narobi, this should be factored in. The tour advertised 4 hours game drive in the NP , we were in and out in 2.5hrs, huge difference when trying to look for wildlife , it’s a huge park and there was plenty more to see. Advertised bottled water, none was offered and there was none in the back or up front with the driver so not sure where this was available. Advertised WIFI available, none available, driver offered to hotspot if it was an emergency! I did contact the office with these concerns before posting this review but feel no satisfactory outcome.
