Nairobi - Masai Mara

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Guests will be picked up from Nairobi in the morning and driven through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara National Reserve. This vast reserve is part of the expansive Serengeti plains, renowned for the spectacular wildebeest migration and home to the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino. Lunch will be served at the camp, followed by relaxation before embarking on an afternoon game drive. The Mara Game Reserve is one of the world’s greatest wildernesses, with a diverse range of large mammals that are easy to spot. Residents of the park include the Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Eland, and thousands of plains game such as Impala, Zebra, Topi, and both Thomson’s and Grant’s Gazelles.

Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Masai Mara

Maasai Mara National Reserve - The quest for the great predators and possibly their cubs continues today with extensive game drives. The plains are home to vast herds of grazing animals, as well as the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding among the acacia branches. Masai Mara remains the most thrilling wildlife ecosystem in the world. The reserve boasts the highest concentration of wild animals per square kilometer compared to any other park in the region. The scenic beauty of this tree-studded savannah, its mild temperatures, and the diversity of wild game species make the reserve a prime location for game viewing.

The reserve will be explored through unlimited game viewing drives in search of the Big Five and other lesser-known species. Mid-day meals will be either picnic-style or at the camp. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru

Lake Nakuru National Park - Today, the journey continues to the exotic Lake Nakuru National Park, situated in the Great Rift Valley. After lunch, an exciting afternoon game drive is planned. The park is teeming with wildlife, and the magnificent bird watching will captivate even the most reluctant enthusiast. The park is home to stunning flocks of Lesser and Greater Flamingos, which transform the lakeshores into a magnificent pink expanse. The birdlife here is world-renowned, with over 400 bird species, including White Pelicans, Plovers, Egrets, and Marabou Storks. It is also one of the few places in Africa where the White Rhino and rare Rothschild Giraffe can be seen.

Nakuru-Nairobi

Nairobi - The day begins with an early breakfast followed by a game drive, where guests can witness hundreds of thousands of flamingos covering the shallow edges of Lake Nakuru. Pelicans and hundreds of other bird species will also be visible. Sightings may include both black and white rhinos, lions, warthogs, antelopes, baboons, and many other animals. Guests will return to the hotel before lunch to freshen up, enjoy lunch, check out of the lodge/camp, and depart for Nairobi by road.

A leisurely scenic two-hour drive will bring guests to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon (between 1700 and 1800 hours). Transfers will be provided to the hotel, residence, or airport.
