<Nobunaga Festival>
The highlight of the Nobunaga Festival is the “Jidai Gyoretsu (Period Parade),” where participants can don Samurai armor and join a magnificent parade that transports them back to the era of samurai warriors. The festival kicks off with the firing of guns to open the parade, which then proceeds around Kiyosu Castle. Additionally, attendees can witness the firing of flintlock rifles during the parade.
After enjoying the parade, visitors have the opportunity to explore Kiyosu Castle.
<Kiyosu Castle>
Kiyosu Castle holds significant importance in Japanese history and is closely associated with the renowned Samurai Oda Nobunaga.
Experience his lifestyle and the Samurai spirit.
From the top floor of the castle tower, visitors can admire the Gojo River, which once served as a natural moat. The beautifully maintained Japanese dry garden, featuring large stones, flowers, and trees that change with the seasons, is also visible.
