- Changu Narayan - Changu Narayan temple is the oldest temple of Nepal which is listed in the World Heritage Site UNESCO. It is located in Changu village at Bhaktapur district. This temple was built in 3500 AD by Lichhavi Dynasty in pagoda style. This temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. This temple is made with local varieties and woods with the various arts of god and goddess in pillars of the temple.
- Chhinnamasta - Just beside the Changu Narayan temple there is one another important temple called Chinnamasta where people use to sacrifice animals like chickens, ducks, male goats, lambs and many more when their wishes get fulfilled. The river called Manahara flows beside the hill. There are four entrance gates in Temple and the gates are guarded by life-size pairs of animals such as lions, seraphs, griffins and elephants on each side of the entrance. According to locals, when you perceive the Changu Narayan temple you can discern the absolute cultural development of the Kathmandu valley. It also offers a magnificent view of stunning snow-capped mountains as well as entire Kathmandu valley.

The Himalayas and the sunrise…Wow! - The hike is easy but there were parts that got my heart pumping. Also the trail was a little difficult in areas. A hiking stick would’ve been nice. Enjoyed our guide and the other tourists.

Nagarkot sunrise - I had a wonderful experience with my guide Nissan. He was polite, courteous and understanding of the varied langauge and age challenges that the 5 in our group had.
Being picked up and droped of at the hotel makes the experience even better
Extremely knowledgeable and ensured everyone’s safety as we continued the trek after watching the beautiful sunrise over the Himalayan range.
A memorable experience, made even more so by our guide.

Nagarkot sunrise and day hike - I went to this tour and want to say that our tour guide Anant was patient and knowledgeable about the trip. He was very helpful, sharing with us lots of local knowledge and history. An energetic and cheerful guide — we really appreciated his presence!

Nagarkot Sunrise Trip - Did a tour with Anant to Nagarkot sunrise trip and hike. He’s easygoing and friendly. Explained things clearly and answered all our questions with patience. Full of energy but never rushed us—let us take it easy and enjoy the place. Kept an eye on our safety, shared useful local tips, and helped with photos too. Great guy! Highly recommend.

Himalayan views with a few extra surprises! - Umesh and Ramesh were super efficient and on time for my early morning pick up!
We had plenty of time at the look-out to wait for fog to clear for better views, and although it remained quite foggy, they made sure we got some views at other stops further down the road.
We had the option to have breakfast before the hike (highly recommend!). It’s at a stunning rooftop hotel with views of the Himalayas.
The walk itself is relatively easy, mostly downhill with some loose rocks in places but you don’t need anything more than a pair of sneakers and comfortable walking clothes.
Lots of flexibility in the itinerary depending on how you feel.
Would highly recommend booking this!

Amazing trip with amazing views! - I had a beautiful morning until lunch trip with Umesh. From pickup until arrival everything went so smooth. We were allowed to „customize“ our own experience to what we want to see along the route. We not only enjoyed beautiful views, a nice breakfast, a hike over the suspension bridge but a beautiful sightseeing in Changu Narayan. All in all an amazing experience!

Nagarkot Trip - Great hike through beautiful countryside. Ananta was a very knowledgeable, friendly and fun guide. He shared lots of information on Nepalese culture and history. At Changunarayan temple he gave lots of information about Hindu culture and the history of the temple. Would highly recommend.
