Travelers will embark on a local village tour at the First Landing Village, located approximately 45 minutes from Nadi Town. It is believed that the Native Fijians arrived here after drifting across the ocean. While the village has been influenced by westernization, communal living is still practiced. A village representative will guide you through the village, sharing insights into its history, culture, and customs. The village entry fee of $10 is included in this booking.

Village artisans offer handicrafts and artifacts for purchase at reasonable prices. The next stop is the Sleeping Giants Garden.

• Garden of the Sleeping Giant - Estimated arrival time: 10:15 AM/3:15 PM

The Garden of the Sleeping Giant was established in 1977 by actor Raymond Burr. Although ownership has changed over the years, it remains a popular attraction for both tourists and locals.

The entry fee of $30 is included in this booking, and you can explore the forest trail independently or with a guide employed by the garden. The garden boasts over a thousand different orchid species. As you continue, you’ll encounter lush rainforests, a lily pond, and a lookout point offering views of Nadi (an additional 10-15 minutes to reach). After the forest walk, enjoy a refreshing tropical fruit juice.

We will then proceed to the Mudpools.
Departure: 11:00 AM/4:00 PM.
PS: The forest trail includes steps and hilly areas, with resting benches available along the way.

• Sabeto Hot Springs and Mud Pool - * Towels and spare clothing required.

• Estimated arrival time: 11:15 AM/4:15 PM

The Sabeto Mudpool is our penultimate stop, where you can enjoy a mud bath or relax in the natural geothermal waters. The $30 fee is included in the tour. First, apply mud to your body (hands, legs, back, chest, face) and let it dry for 20 minutes. You may need to remove your shirt to apply it to your back and chest. While the mud dries, you can purchase artifacts and handicrafts from various stalls on the premises.

Once the mud has dried, rinse off in the first pool, then relax in the other two pools. Local massages are available for a small fee from village women on-site.

We will then depart for the temple and lunch/dinner.

PS: Bring towels and extra clothing for the mud and pool bathing.

• Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple - * Estimated arrival time: 1:00 PM/6:00 PM
  This Hindu temple is one of the largest in Fiji, uniquely designed and painted with images and statues of ancient gods and goddesses. Devotees from across Fiji come to worship here. Travelers will be guided by a temple assistant. It is appropriate to wear covered clothing when visiting the temple (for women, dresses, skirts, and sleeved shirts; for men, long trousers). Dhoti or sarongs are available for those not in suitable attire.

You are welcome to explore the town center or visit our restaurant for an authentic Fijian meal.

PS: The temple may not be open to visitors during major prayer ceremonies on certain days each month. We apologize if entry is not granted.

• Nena’s Kitchen - Our restaurant is just a 2-minute walk from the temple. Depending on your tour time, you’ll enjoy either lunch or dinner. The meal is included in this tour package, and you can choose one of the following:

1. Boiled Fish (Ika Miji).
2. Fish cooked in coconut milk (Ika vakalolo).
3. Pan-fried fish.
4. Lamb spinach in coconut milk (Lamb rourou).
5. Boiled lamb (Lamb sui).
6. 12 shell Mussels (Stuff Kai).
7. Kokoda.
8. Seagrapes and tuna (Nama tuna).
9. Smoked eggplant and tuna (Baigani Tavu).

If you wish to order additional dishes, they are available for purchase, with prices ranging from $15 to $20 FJD.
